The next day went by and there was no word from Derek or Peter. I was starting to get worried ever since Scott said they teamed up. Was Derek serious, or was it just to get close enough to him to end him? And since the alpha is his uncle, is he going to let Scott kill him to cure this werewolf curse? So many questions had been running through my head all day that I barely noticed the school day that had passed. All my mind could focus on was Derek.

I was now sitting at our kitchen table staring hopelessly at my phone when the doorbell rang. I immediately jumped up to answer it. "It's for me!" I heard my mom yell from upstairs. I then sat back down in my chair and went back to staring at my phone.

I then heard Scott's footsteps come down the steps. "Who's at the door for mom?" I asked him. "It's some medical rep she met today, they're going on a date," he said as he went to the door. However, I didn't hear him open it. I leaned over in my chair and saw Scott was just staring at the door. The doorbell rang again and he still didn't open it.

"Scott! Mia! Can one of you get the door?" I heard our mom yell from upstairs. "Scott what's wrong?" I asked as I got out of my chair and started walking towards him. He then started backing away from the door, and the bell rang again. He jumped startled at the noise and I rolled my eyes.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked as I brushed past him and went to put my hand on the doorknob. Scott quickly grabbed my wrist stopping me. He gave me a look to not open the door as the bell rang another time.

"For the love of god, can someone let him in!"

I looked at Scott and then quickly opened the door to see Peter.

"Hello there," he smirked. Scott and I stared blankly at him not knowing what to do. Scott then quickly went to slam the door, but Peter caught it and opened the door back up.

"Really? Slam the door in my face?" he asked. "Come on Scott, take a second to think that through," he said making Scott stand there glaring at him.

"Just half a second, sorry," I heard my mom yell from behind me. I turned to see her putting her earrings in. "If you hurt her, if you even touch her-"

"Scott, if I may interrupt your listing of the top five most impotent sounding threats for a moment, try and remember that I've been in a coma for six years. Don't you think I'd like to have dinner with a beautiful woman?" he asked.

"Or maybe, you think that I've come up with an idea. Like how it might be easier to to convince you to be part of the pack....if your mother is too."

"Don't you dare," I whispered angrily under my breath. Peter just smirked and started walking into the house. We both started backing up as he walked further into the house. "You need to understand how much more powerful we are together. You and me and Derek," Peter said as he walked closer to Scott.

"Speaking of, where is he? What did you do with him?" I asked making Peter turn towards me. "I didn't do anything to him," he said simply and turned back to Scott. "I'm ready, I'm ready," our mom said pushing past us. "Sorry again," she apologized. Peter smiled at her and took her hand as they walked out the door.

"Mom," Scott said making both of them turn. "Yes?" she asked. "H-have a good time," Scott managed to get out and she nodded while I remained glaring at Peter. They then walked off and got into his car while I slammed the door shut.

"What're we gonna do?" I asked and Scott ran towards the stairs. "I got it handled, I'll call Stiles for backup. Can you just, uh, stay here with Allison? She came here and I don't want her to leave, please?"

"Yeah, yeah, of course," I said following him as he rushed upstairs. Before we walked into his room, he stopped. "I know it's a lot to ask but could you maybe..."
