I held newts hand so that he runs faster instead of slowing down from his limp that I had noticed. Everyone follows me and we get to the exit that Minho, Thomas and I found the day before. I look around the exit and see a greiver. I stop anyone from running any further by putting my arm out.
"Is there a greiver?" Chuck asks me.
"Yeh" I say. "Thomas, give Chuck the metal thingy." Thomas passes it to Chuck.
"We're trusting you to keep it safe Chuck ok?" Thomas says.
"Ok" he says nervously.
"It's ok you'll stick with me." Teresa says tying her hair up.
"When you get to the door the thing will activate and the door open, we have to stick together! We can get through this, we can get out now. Or we die trying." I say.
"Let's go!" Thomas screams and we all ran after Thomas with our wooden sticks ready to fight.
People get grabbed from greivers. Not many of us left we manage to open the door and we all go through. The last few of us, Thomas, Newt, Clint, Chuck, Teresa, me and a few others. We walk through the door that says,
EXIT
"Is it really that simple?" Chuck says, unimpressed as all of us.
We open the door and walk through.
"I love you Newt" I say kissing him as we've got out of this mess alive, together.
We look around the room, dead bodies everywhere.
But what's next???
