After two weeks, Axl returned. Lilly had been waiting in his house for him and she had a surprise. Axl walked into the house. He looked very tired. Of course, he was, he had been on tour and done meet and greets for two weeks. And Axl worries. So he probably didn't get a wink of sleep.
"Lilly?" he said. "Hey, Axl," Lilly said. "How long have you been here?" Axl asked. "Just a few minutes," Lilly said. "How did you get in?" Axl asked. "The spare key in the mailbox," Lilly said. "A spare key in the mailbox?" Axl asked clearly confused. Lilly smiled and nodded. "I knew it was there from Kurt's last neighbor. Now, stop asking questions, I got you something!" Lilly said. "What is it?" Axl asked. "Come see for yourself!" Lilly said.
Axl walked up to her and saw a small box in her lap. He opened it up and saw a tiny orange kitten inside. "Aw, hey there," Axl said reaching in and picking the kitten up. It mewed as Axl held it to his face. The kitten rubbed his head against Axl's cheek. Axl sat beside Lilly and placed the kitten in his lap. He wrapped his arms around Lilly and kissed her cheek. "She's beautiful, thanks," Axl said. "What are you going to call her?" Lilly asked. Axl looked at the teeny kitten in his lap and thought. "Garfield," he joked. Lilly laughed. "It's a girl, Axl," Lilly said. Axl and Lilly thought for a little bit more. "I know, it's October. Let's call her Pumpkin Spice!" Lilly said. "It's perfect," Axl said. "Well, we have a child now," Axl joked. Lilly laughed. "And she's beautiful!" Lilly said. "With green-blue eyes and ginger hair!" Axl said. Lilly laughed not knowing Axl would go on to explain more about how Pumpkin Spice was their child.
It wasn't long before Pumpkin Spice began to play around and Axl was on his stomach wiggling his fingers at the kitten. "So now that I got you the cat your going to ignore me?" Lilly joked not being able to control the smile appearing on her face. Axl sat up and held his arms out. Lilly rolled her eyes and got on the ground pushing herself against Axl's chest as he wrapped his arms around her. "I love you, Axl," Lilly said. "I love you too, baby," Axl said. Axl pushed Lilly on her back and got between her legs. His hands on both sides of her head as he kissed her lips. Lilly wrapped her arms around Axl's neck.
Then Axl was yanked up by the collar and a sudden shock hit his mouth. Axl fell back as the taste of blood filled his mouth. He looked up and saw Kurt staring at him. Anger burned in his eyes as if the gateway to the pits of hell were in Kurt's eyes. The last thing Axl wanted to do was fight with Kurt. The brother of his girlfriend. But Kurt attacked Axl before Axl had a chance to jump out of the way. "Kurt, stop!" Lilly yelled.
But Kurt didn't listen. He didn't act with violence that often. But he was afraid. Lilly was his little sister and he wanted nothing to happen to her. And Kurt believed what the media said about Axl and Kurt didn't want his sister anywhere near Axl.
Axl kicked Kurt off of him and jumped up and kicked Kurt in the stomach. He wished to continue. He wanted to let all his anger out on Kurt but he knew it wouldn't be right. Lilly was already crying enough. "Now, get out!" Axl said. Kurt got up and he grabbed Lilly's arm and led her out of the house. Axl didn't stop him, he knew Lilly would be back that night. All he had to do was wait.
I thought the song was the funniest shit to play for this chapter. -Caitlyn.
