13. Patience

"Are you ready?" Axl asked as he and Lilly sat on the ground. Lilly took a deep breath and nodded. Axl grabbed the pregnancy test off the counter and his face broke out in a smile and tears were brought to his face. "We're going to be parents!" Lilly said wrapping her arms around Axl's neck and kissing his lips. "Can you believe it? We're going to be parents. And when we get married you're going to be Frances's uncle," Lilly said. Axl smiled and held Lilly tighter to his chest. They stood up and Axl kneeled back down and lifted Lilly's shirt a little bit and kissed her stomach. Lilly ran her hand through Axl's red hair and smiled. "I bet she'll be beautiful," Lilly said. 

"She? It's a he!" "No, it's a she!" "He!" "She!"

"Whats a she?" Izzy asked. "We're going to be parents," Axl said. "Oh, it's a he," Izzy said. Lilly rolled her eyes. "Congrats, man, I'm happy for you. Ya know, Meegan is pregnant too! So the babies will be very close in age!" Izzy said. "Meegan's pregnant?" Axl asked. "Yeah, Slash told me to tell you because he was busy. Probably doing everything Meegan can do," Izzy said. "That's great," Axl said. 

Axl. knew Slash, Duff, and Steven returned to L.A, Izzy stayed behind wanting to be close by Axl, since they haven't been apart so long since they met. 

Lilly went over to Kurt's house so she could tell him she was pregnant and moving to Axl's house. "Kurt, guess what!" Lilly said. "What?" Kurt asked walking up to Lilly. "You're going to be an uncle, Kurt!" Lilly said. "What? That's fucking terrible! You whoring around with Axl Rose!" Kurt yelled. It didn't take long before Lilly noticed the glossiness of Kurt's eyes. He was high. She quickly grabbed her stuff. "Fine, this baby does need you," Lilly yelled. Kurt didn't seem bothered or moved. He had to have just got high a few minutes ago. 

She walked into the house and started crying. "Lilly, stop crying, it's not good for the baby. Now stop crying and tell me what's wrong!" Axl said scooping Lilly up in his arms. She laid her head against his chest. "Kurt, he called me a whore," Lilly said. "That doesn't sound very Kurt-like," Axl said. "It isn't, drugs had completely taken over his mind!" Lilly said. "I'm sure you'll be able to talk to him another time. Now you should get some sleep. Alright?" Axl asked. 

Lilly, realizing how tired she really was, nodded. "Can you sing to me?" Lilly asked. Axl smiled and nodded. He set her in bed and crawled beside her. He wrapped his arm around her and began to sing Patience until she fell asleep. "I love you, Lilly," Axl said then he fell asleep.
