"IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOUR DAUGHTER YOU'D QUIT!" "FUCK YOU! YOU'RE SLEEPING WITH BILLY FUCKING CORGAN!" "NO! I HAVEN'T!" "STOP LYING!" "WHY IS EVERYTHING MY FAULT?" "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY LIFE!" "I WILL MISTER!"

Frances started to cry at her parents fighting. But they didn't know she had been watching.

Frances quickly escaped the house and ran into the darkness of the night wanting to get to Axl and Lilly's as fast as possible.

She knocked on the door and Axl answered. He looked around confused before hearing the soft cries of Frances and looked down. "Frances? It's ten o'clock what are you doing out by yourself?" Axl asked scooping Frances into his arms. "Mommy and daddy are fighting again, uncle Axl," Frances said. "It's alright. You can stay here tonight," Axl said.

He knew the pain of listening to parents fight. He knew what it could escalate to. Even though Courtney and Kurt are nothing like Axl's parents. Fights are still fights. No matter the person.

Lilly and Axl moved Kyle to their bed and let Frances sleep in Kyle's bed. Even though Frances came back to their room and cuddled close to Axl and fell asleep. She was comfortable with Axl. He was nice to her. He treated her like a daughter.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Axl and Lilly were woken by knocks on the door. Axl crawled out of bed and answered the door. Kurt stood there his eyes full of terror and fear. "Have you seen Frances?" Kurt asked. "Yeah, she came over here crying because you and Courtney were fighting!" Axl said. Kut went pale.

He never wanted that to happen. He never wanted his daughter to hear him and Courtney fighting. It wasn't right.

"The fix-it baby didn't fix it?" Axl asked.

Kurt shot his head up to look at Axl expecting a devilish grin or an amusing smile. But Axl's face held a sympathetic frown as he leaned against the door frame. Even though Axl was clearly sorry for Kurt, Kurt couldn't help but get mad. It wasn't all directed at Axl either. But for himself and Courtney.

"Mind your business, asshole! At least I'm not the one that knocked up my enemy's sister! At least my child isn't an accident!" Kurt said madly. He walked into the house and took Frances and left.

Axl wasn't bothered too much by Kurt's claim. Only because he knew Kurt would feel disappointed in himself for arguing with Courtney in front of Frances. It was just Kurt taking his anger out.

. . . . . . . . . . . .

"They weren't good for each other from the start."
"I know, Krist."
"And now Frances has to deal with it all!"
"None of them are to blame."
"He should get a divorce!"
"It's not that simple, Krist."
"I know. I know. I'm just worried about him that's all."
"We all are he isn't in a very good state of mind."

The conversation was going on in the living room between Krist Novoselic and Lilly. Krist was pissed and worried. And so was Lilly. Who knew it would end like this? Everyone seemed so happy. Now they were worried about Kurt's depression and drug addiction.

Being worried about someone's drug addiction hit close to home. Axl missed Duff and Steven who were in L.A. Still. Axl sighed and headed to Kyle's room where they'd watch a movie.

Kyle really helped Axl through hard times. Axl hoped the little boy would help Lilly too.
