Harry Styles
I didn't know what to do or where to go to. So here I was driving down a random highway, not even knowing where it was leading me to. I felt horrible, I totally dodged Louis without even giving him an explanation for it, but in some weird way he understood.
He made me think that he wasn't mad or hurt at all, even though any other reasonable person would be. I guess Louis is just different. It's only half-past 3 so that means that school should be about done.
The only thing I'm doing right now is wasting gas, so I should probably go home, but the fact is that I don't want to go home. I've been able to avoid my dad since the incident on Saturday night and I wanted to keep it that way, although I know that's impossible.
When I finally decide to pull over at this little bench underneath a tree, not so far from the highway, I check my phone, because I haven't done that all day.
3 missed calls from Nialler and 2 from Liam, that's nice. I decide to call Niall back, because I don't know what else to do right now. After about 2 seconds Niall picks up, clearly hoping I'd call.
"Mate, where the hell are you? Liam told me you ran out of class and didn't come back", Niall's angry voice shouts through the device.
How am I supposed to answer this? I went home with that kid that I just met, then we started dancing and then I had this kind of panic attack, so I sent him home?
"I euhm- I felt sick", I answer shyly.
God I hate lying.
"And then purely coincidental that one kid, what's his name? Louis yeah him. He just felt sick too? Pal, do you know you are a terrible liar?", Niall asks me, still sounding mad.
"You at my house in 5 minutes", Niall demands me.
"But I'm at this random highway, it'll take me longer than 5 minutes", I plead, although I know it won't change a thing.
"Well, then you better get your ass down here fast! 4 minutes and 50 seconds remaining", Niall warns me through the phone.
This boy only has 4 moods:
One: Hungry
Two: Happy-go-lucky lad
Three: Irish
Four: The strict friend
Five: Hungry, again
I hurry back to my car and head over to Niall's. I don't know why he's this mad, besides for me leaving class with Louis without warning anyone. Okay, I might get it.
I pull over at the beautiful, classical gray house and look at my watch, 20 to 4. Shit, I'm one minute late.
Niall's already waiting outside.
"You're a minute late, mate!", he yells at me, but a small smile creeps up his face and I immediately feel relieved.
We enter his house and go straight to his room in silence. Niall sits down on the bed and I sit down on a couch next to his bed.
"You can't do this anymore, Harry", Niall tells me with a look of seriousness on his face. I immediately feel sick, because I know what he's talking about, but I don't want to admit it.
"What do you mean?", I ask him, playing dumb.
I want him to say it, because I can't.
"Keep Taylor hanging on like that. I know you don't love her, well of course you do, but not in a girlfriend way. She deserves that, Harry. I don't like her very much, because she's simply not my favorite person. She's too quiet and stuff and I also think, I could be wrong, but that's she's not your type of person too. But that doesn't mean she doesn't deserve someone who loves her the way she loves them", he explains to me while looking down at the floor.
