𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲 [ 𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝘂 ]

ricky drove as fast as he could, chasing after nini's car. the girl looked through the back window of the car to see ricky following right behind them. nini had tears running down her face, "BEN! PULL OVER!" she yelled at benjamin. he was driving while carol sat in the front and dana sat in the back with nini. he only ignored nini. he felt his heartbreak, hearing the girl cry but knew it was for the best.

"STOP! PLEASE!" nini cried and kept turning around to look at ricky. it started to rain, making it harder to drive away. dana and carol rolled their eyes in annoyance.

"nini! stop!!" carol spat as she turned around to scold nini. the girl fell silent and whimpered as she cried to herself. benjamin slowed down as the rain began to pour harder.

"where is he? where is he?" carlos repeatedly asked as the three of them looked through the windshield, looking for ricky's car.

"i-i don't know," gina answered, trying her best to drive through the harsh conditions, "he was driving really fast, but i'm too scared to drive fast right now. it's raining really hard."

'ugh, shit," seb said through his teeth as he kept trying to find either nini or ricky's car. he turned to look at carlos and gina, "by the way, i'm seb. nini's best friend."

"nice to meet you," gina told seb with her eyes still stuck on the road. seb gave her a smile and glanced at carlos who was sitting in the backseat.

"i literally love you in hamilton," carlos confessed. seb let out a light chuckle and blushed, "i think you play king george AMAZING!!"

"i can't even explain my love for you in wicked—"

"WAIT!I FOUND HIM!" gina yelled, cutting seb off, "sorry, seb."

"you're fine," seb told the girl. they gave each other a quick smile before carlos dialed ricky. soon enough, ricky answered. they could hear the engine of ricky's car as he drove.

"RICKY! we're right behind you .. kinda," carlos told the boy, "you're going really fast. it's raining, bud. you need to slow down."

"no, i need nini to know i'm right here for her," ricky explained through the phone. the three of them all looked at each other with sad eyes before turning their attention back on the phone.

"ricky! you're going way too fast," gina yelled back.

benjamin looked at the stoplight ahead of them. he glanced back at ricky's car and started to slow down. carol looked at benjamin with confusion, "what are you doing?! it's green!"

"i know! but when it turns yellow, i'll go so ricky is forced to stop at the red light," benjamin told nini's moms. benjamin drove slow while the light shined a bright green. ricky began to slow down too, confused as to what was happening.

soon enough, the stoplight turned yellow. at the very last second, benjamin pressed the gas pedal, trying to beat the red-light. ricky looked at the stoplight. they were trying to cut him off at the light. he felt himself start to panic, but he wasn't slowing down.

ricky saw as nini's car drove off as fast they could, trying to leave the boy. gina, seb, and los saw as ricky approached the stoplight at a very fast speed, he wasn't slowing down.

"what the hell is he doing?" carlos screamed. seb grabbed carlos' phone and yelled into the speakerphone.

"ricky! slow down!" seb yelled, "it's red!"

nini turned around to see ricky still speeding behind them. she looked forward and saw as they beat the light but it turned red as soon as they crossed the line. she turned back around at ricky's car, he wasn't slowing down.

"no, no, no," nini repeatedly yelled, "STOP THE CAR!"

"RICKY!" gina yelled as she watched his car cross the line.

ricky only pressed the gas pedal harder.

nini screamed at the top of her lungs as she watched a semi truck crash right into the left side of ricky's car. his side of the car. ricky's car bent around the truck as the semi truck powered through it. it was too late. gina, seb, and carlos went to a sudden stop. their yells filled the inside of the car as they watched ricky's car flip over and over until it finally was upside down.

he didn't beat the light.
