Chapter 50. Shattered Hearts

Logan: For those who don't know, John61048 requested a Spinoff on the Traitor Transformers who you guys know as the Decepticons. Quality is a little low but these guys don't have much to tell other than their growing hatred and eventually servitude to the Void. If you're interested, check it out. I also reveal a little bit more lore on this world I've set. Feel free to comment on who you want for a Spinoff and I'll see what I can do. I don't suffer from Writers Block so this'll be easy. It's just finding time to proofread chapters and then release them. Anyway, enjoy the chapter!

Y/N POV

The artillery strike just came raining down on the city and god damn was it scary close on how we were about to get filled with lead and all other sorts of things but we got the power of Halo on our side. Too bad the shield isn't perfect cause it powers down sooner. Before that though, Anthony ran off too chase one of the Void Bringers. I was curious on who the female one was, she sounded familiar. Once the fighting started though, it wasn't calming down so I just started blasting holes in their forces to give the rest of us some room.

AJ: Lets get out of here! The room for air is too thin to stay.

Y/N: I agree-

All of sudden, I feel something tackle me at high speeds and quickly lift me off the ground and away from the others. It was the Void Bringer lady. One solid punch to that mask of hers was all it took to knock her off me. Too bad I didn't think about my landing. I end up crashing into a more enclosed garden that certainly was the party place. All the small fry demons were here and started to dog pile me. The biting and slashing was painful but I powered threw and reduced them all to ashes with a burst of light. I really need to make use of all my abilities more.

Void Bringer: You hold a lot of power for someone who loves to tell lies. Maybe your strength is a lie too.

I quickly snap my head to her location. She was floating above a fountain, looking high and mighty. I don't really get a word that she's saying. She talks as if I know her. The voice began to ring threw my head again. Why do I recognize it so much and why do I feel as if there's something missing from it?

Y/N: Listen lady, I don't know what your problem is but I think you've got the wrong guy.

Void Bringer: I know damn well it's you. Father told me everything about you.

Y/N: You mean the other Void Bringer?

Void Bringer: You are in no place to ask questions. I'll give you one chance to die quietly.

Y/N: You're a little late for the stealth mission part.

She aims at me and fires a bunch of missiles. I run back, dodging them as best I can but these things just had to be homing missiles. I run up a building, giving me some sort of an angle and shot down the missiles. They were quite strong cause my shots didn't last afterwards. She's a big threat if she can counter my power like that. Once I reach the roof, I hear a blast sound so I let instinct take over and roll to the side. She zooms right past me at incredible speeds. Thinking about it now, she reminds me of someone. I'm broken out of this train of thought by her shooting me with a Void Blast, which wasn't aimed for me but the ground in front of me. I easily jump back down the roof, avoiding the blast.

It kinda aggravated me since I put in the effort to get on top of the building but I had other things to worry about. She quickly started to bombard me with all manner of things. Energy shots, blast, missiles. She had one intent and that was to reduce me to corpse and I gotta say, it was starting to work. I ran as fast as I could but the missiles were always on me and when I tried to escape the garden, she'd blast the exits and almost force me to run into the missiles. At this point, I threw all those thoughts from before into the back of my head and started to return fire with big balls and quick beams.

The clash of explosions was pretty much everywhere at this point but I managed to get a good hit in. Directly on one of her shoulder booster thing. It quickly regenerated though. That suit must be some sort of demon itself. Or maybe that's just her body. Either way, I think it's about time I stopped messing around. I surround myself in a sphere and quickly blitz around the area before jumping up right too her. I throw the biggest punch I can but she blocks it. She was still sent flying into the dirt though. Once I landed, I followed up with a beam of light that I believe hit her. I wasn't sure from this angle though. Once the beam subsided I looked at the damage caused. I defiantly hit some of her. She slowly gets up, her mask was damaged but I couldn't see her face quite yet.

She then decides to pry off the rest of her mask and that's when everything changed. The whole world froze to a halt. My heart stopped and my mouth was open in utter horror and shock.
