If he was targeting people I cared about then there was no doubt in my mind that Marco and Sona were in danger. I ran over as quickly as I could and used the hidden key to get in. Once inside I see blood all over the living room floor but there were no bodies. I roar and slam my fist into the wall out of pure anger. The poor wall now has a nasty hole in it. I then hear the sound of a beat up engine roar. I head outside and spot a horrible damaged Bumblebee pull up. He transforms but fails to keep his posture and tumbles over, holding something or rather someone in his hand.

I run over and help him as best I can. He looks at me with a sad hum before looking down too...
Y/N: Jinx...?
Jinx: Y-Y/N.....
She was horribly bruised and bloody. I wrap my arms under her and hold her up. Her breathing was shallow and her heartbeat was slow and getting slower.

About damn time he broke. Sucks not having my own body but I'll have to make due with his. That damn Dark Star and Thresh's influence really left me with a lot of work in him. He should be able to watch once he's calmed down. Once the hair turned white and the eyes went red, I was in full control. Every other time I got control, it was a spur of the moment and that damn star was trying to wrestle control from me but I've got it on lock. I set the police girl down and looked over Bee. He was in no condition to help and the others would take too long getting here.
Dark Y/N: The Shadow Isles isn't it? Without Karthus, I can't get past the Black Mist. God, I hate waiting!

I laugh at her comment. She ain't no Thresh but she's certainly skilled. I can tell from all the souls I feel from her. Two I recognized. I think Light did too cause he just had a nasty reaction.
Dark Y/N: Marco and Sona huh? I never did trust that guy and Sona may as well have been Ahri 2.0 but there is one I liked about them...

I manifest my arm cannon and fire at her. She blocks and throws a spear. I catch and break it. Damn, I can already feel the Dark Star trying to take over again. What a drag. She throws a spear that splits into several smaller ones. I manifest my chain and spin it around at incredible speeds. It does its job as a shield and I whip it at her. She jumps back but I use my free hand to manifest my arm cannon and fire at her. Landing a direct hit. What I wouldn't give to have Lights instant kill BS. Dark Control isn't nearly as strong in terms of damage. Least I'm far more creative and do things that don't just involve Beam, Ball, Sword and sometimes those other abilities he has.
I'd say I'm roasting myself but me and Light are technically two different souls. She finally gets up and retreats. I obviously give chase and follow her to the docks. There was a boat with a lot of corpses on them. Light once again has a nasty reaction, seeing as those are his loved ones. Wait, is Mom and Dad? Okay, now I'm pissed. More so than usual.

Wraith powers tethers souls to the living world for a bit before they can go off. I look closely at the K/DA girls. Seems they got a double with Ahri. Her entire stomach was.... Poor kid never had a chance...

Stave off is a better word for it but he doesn't need to know that. I doubt I can take them all on with it trying to get control. No, I doubt I can take them all on in general. If they've absorbed enough souls then that means they'll be plenty strong. Best to play this safely.
Dark Y/N: If I had to take a guess as to what the bodies are for. You want to break Light as much as possible.

Dark Y/N: And then what? The End of Runeterra? You know that power is too much to control even for you.

I continue to hold the axe up to my neck as they step onto the creepy boat littered with bodies. Once they sailed away, I disperse the axe and look on until they are out of sight. Light wanted out real bad right now but if that thing gets out to early, it could cost us.
All I need is one more interaction and we can put a stop to this.
Logan: IK things are kind sudden but this was literally the best option I had. Problem with writing a plot like this is that it takes a lot of time to properly write and I honestly should've scrapped an arc or two since I don't want a hundred chapter book. I also needed time to get over my "Length equals Quality" habit. Not gonna lie to you guys, I only see this book as a setup compared to the other stuff I'll be writing soon. So of course this one is gonna suffer a little. All I can do is finish it and hope you guys don't skewer me too harshly.
