Logan: All lot of World Monsters were added to Rise in the new update. This shit is fucked up. That damn Bagelgoose is back to ruin everything! How long before The Pickle comes back as well and they start throwing hands in EVERY DAMN HUNT??? Rise, your carting me.

A few days later...

Y/N POV

The news was perfect but no one but a select few know. This was for the best cause the media would be losing their collective shit over it. I just hope they can finish their album as soon as Eve said they could.  Anyway, I'm currently on patrol with Vi cause we apparently have been getting increased criminal activity. Vi may be a brute but she's way smarter than most people give her credit for. I just wish she'd express that as quickly as she expressed anger towards me. Tsundere's...

As of right now, we were nearing a Zaun route. Ever since Giovanni, they've been getting a little more confident. I know they still have plenty of crime lords left but you think after Maxwell, they'd learn a thing or two. No, instead they decided to make it obvious that they're up to something. The question being why though.

Vi: Hey Y/N.

Y/N: Yeah?

Vi: Whadda make of the whole parent thing?

Y/N: A job and privilege.

Vi: Hmm...

Y/N: Something wrong?

Vi: Not technically. I was just thinking that if you were to.... Ahem... Knock up Caitlyn..

Y/N: Then they'd have to take her off duty. I understand what you're asking but I think we should focus on one kid at a time. I would defiantly like to have more though.

Vi: I'm not have a baby.

Y/N: What? Why?

Vi: Caitlyn made it clear that she wanted to have one. I've always helped out and having a kid of my own would make that difficult.

Always thoughtful of others even if it costs you your own time. I need to see about spoiling her some.

Y/N: So about Jinx.

Vi: That whole thing was weird. You may have been there near the end of the Crisis but I was there with Jinx all the way. Too most, people would see her as some maniac with a knack for blowing stuff up and they'd be right. That was until she bit off more than she could chew.

Y/N: What happened?

Vi: Remember that Singed guy? Well she had a very unfortunate run in with him. He planted a horrible thought process in her mind, tricking her into believe we were sisters. Jinx has a bit of an abandonment issue and well, tried to kill me.

Y/N: Why would he do that? I thought they were on the same side. That side being Zaun.

Vi: I thought the same thing. Jinx managed to get the upper hand in our last fight and..... She couldn't do it. Singed had fully convinced her that I left her to rot in Zaun. It was at that moment I saw who she really was. A scared little girl who deserved a better life. Singed tried to kill us both off but look where that got him.

Y/N: Tartarus.

Vi: Jinx spent the rest of that year in rehabilitation. She found out we weren't really sisters but still appreciated what I did for her. Once she got out, she immediately came to me. She wanted to repay her debt. That's how she became a cop.

Y/N: Something tells me that was the start of the love.

Vi laughs a little. I've never seen her this happy before. It was heartwarming to see the supposed brute of the PLE like this. 

Vi: She asked if I was in a relationship to which, I said yes. She was pretty upset but Caitlyn is Caitlyn. Allowing me to let her into our little circle. You'd be surprised how open she is to sharing.

Y/N: What about the tension between her and Eve?

Vi: They fought over a lot of stuff in school. Too this day Caitlyn still holds a single dub over her.

Y/N: That explains a lot. Huh...?

I heard some gunshots from a nearby patrol route.

Vi: Business as usual. Come on!

She drives us over to the commotion and a couple of our guys were pinned down in a gunfight. Business as usual, just like she said. I jump out of the car and leap high into the air.

Y/N: I always wanted to do this! Solar Flare!

A bright flash of light engulfs the thugs, blinding them.

Y/N: Hey it worked! BYAAAAH!!

I crash into the ground like the idiot I am which will no doubt get me a smack from Vi. Hey at the very least our boys won't have to worry about getting shot at. I quickly get up and take them down with some judo chops to the neck. I leave one conscious for some interrogation. This is one of Vi's strong suits. As he regained his vision, she grabbed him by the collar and slammed him against the wall. Now timing how long it takes before he pisses himself.
