I felt pretty damn good about myself. I heard a slight humming noise behind me so I quickly turned just get punched in the face.

That thing is not from around here. You would only find something like this at the top of a Piltover designer company and even then... Well if it wants a fight, I'll give it one. I quickly charge at it and throw a punch. To my utter shock and dismay, my fist passes right threw it, polygons coming off of its body as I attempted to attack it. They quickly reformed on its body, fixing its appearance.
Y/N: Well this is a problem.
It then holds out it staff and fires a beam from the eye on it. I counter with my own and the two clash. Holy shit this thing is strong! It was only a matter of seconds before it overcame my defense and hit me right on the chest. This knocks me deeper into Zaun which is something I really didn't want to happen. Most people in Zaun don't really like me. Mostly cause those same people are all criminals. The armored bird thing chased me deeper in, almost like it knew this but I had an idea that could work. If I couldn't touch it then it wouldn't be able to touch me. The joys of Light Control.
I stop in the center of a dead district and face it. It then creates this strange portal underneath itself and hops it. The portal it connected two was stationed right behind me so I was unable to dodge in time but I did have one option. My body began to glow and its kick went straight threw me. I quickly take this chance to blast the orange circle on its chest with a shotgun styled light burst. It gets blown back with heavy damage.
Y/N: So you're immune to psychical attacks but can still get hit by powers. That bakes an interesting theory.
Something then lands beside me, upon checking it it explodes into an orange cloud. I immediately recognize is as the effects start to kick in. Everything starts to get darker, red eyes all staring at me from the shadows. I quickly look around and see a man in a suit of black armor and devil like mask. It let out a sinister laugh as it jumped down to street level.
Y/N: It that what you really are?
???: Only in this world of mine! Hehehehehe!
His voice was so much more playful and full of energy. He didn't speak quietly or like a robot. It was demonic like and honestly terrifying. Was this the real Giovanni?
Giovanni: You look pretty tough in while under the effects of my fear breath. How long before the effects tear down that barrier though.
Damn it, he needs to shut up! The way he talks sends shivers down my spine like a damn snake is crawling up my back. I then heard this ominous sound behind me, I knew what was coming yet I was too scared to react properly. A beam, screaming with the souls of the damned came and struck me in the back, knocking me down in front of Giovanni.
It was the machine from before except it was more like a zombie made manifest into the form of a human bird. Its torn back wings, shredded limbs and fleshy staff all made me want to vomit. It was disgusting and worst of all, it helped accelerate the increase of the effects. I started to hack and cough out black liquid, which made matters worse. Was I bleeding? Are these part of the effects? All these scary thoughts started to take over my mind. It was like a corrosive blade had pierced my soul and tore every part of me to shreds until there was no more.
Giovanni: Tch, tch, tch. So easily felled by such powers. I guess that makes me better than you.
Y/N: S-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-shut up!
Giovanni: Still resisting are we? No matter, you'll see just how bad it can get soon.
I try to get up but none of my limbs are responding. Upon looking at them, they were melting into goo. It felt like my entire body was failing and everything I felt was horrible. I couldn't tell what was real anymore. I then felt a hard force collide with the back of my head, making everything go black.
Giovanni POV
Subject is showing strong signs of resistance even with this level of dosage. I'll have to increase the potency again. He mustn't escape. My assistant Ra knocked him flat out, securing out subject for further works.
Ra: Capture - Complete /// Awaiting new orders.
Giovanni: Relocate Subject to Lab, sub-level 6. Increase security algorithm to D - 7929. The subject does not escape.
Ra: Orders - Received /// Following Directive.
He picks him up and opens a portal to the lab entrance. We both step threw and enter. I had spent 15 years working towards this single goal. Finding the one that Prophecy mentioned. I observed him for a set amount of time before noting his rather odd energy levels. It appears to be stronger but it unable to access that power. Once I witnessed his change against the Void Touched name Kai'sa. I had all the information I needed. He is the key to Runeterra's Freedom.
The cellular device he had on him begins to ring. A minor inconvenience.
Giovanni: Additional Secondary Orders.
Ra: Awaiting Orders.
Giovanni: Destroy the Device and wipe its signal. Do not let it be tracked.
Ra: Orders - Received /// Following Directive.
He pulls out the phone and crushes it in his hand. His core glowed a little as it creates a short range jamming blast, wiping out the signal entirely. It was time to begin the final protocol.
Akali POV
Y/N sure was taking a long time. Normally he'd be gone for a few minutes and right back but this time was worrying.
Ahri: What's taking him so long?
Kai'sa: Do you think he had work to do?
Sera: I don't think so. Caitlyn wouldn't do that to Y/N just after he got back. Even if AJ is gone.
Akali: I'll give him a call.
I dial him up and wait for an answer. It rings, rings and rings until it stops. There was no answer. I look at the others, all of them mimicking my worry.
Akali: He didn't answer...
Evelynn: Somethings wrong.
Akali: I'm calling Caitlyn.
I ring her up and after a few moments, I got an answer.
Vi: Hello?
Akali: Vi? Never mind, where's Y/N?
Vi: I thought he was with you. He left about 15 minutes ago.
Akali: But he isn't here. I just called him and he didn't answer.
Vi: What? Hold on, I'm gonna get with my guys and see if we can track his phone.
She goes off and someone else picks up.
Jinx: Everything okay?
Akali: Yeah, Y/N may be missing.
Jinx: Seriously?! How does one good thing lead to a bad?
Akali: I don't know!
I hear Jinx get shoved aside and someone else takes the phone.
Vi: We've lost his signal!
Akali: WHAT!?
Evelynn: What's going on Akali?
Akali: They can't find him or his signal.
Kai'sa: B-but why now? We just got home.
Akali: Well whoever this asshole is just messed with the wrong people.
