It turned out that bloodsuckers just never age. And if Jimin had stayed around the others, he would've found out that it is also a normal thing to hop around towns and cities all of the time to make sure they aren't caught.Jimin had gone to locate his friends, quickly sniffing them out. Namjoon had opened their door with wide arms, knowing that the younger was probably there for questions, and well, that's how Jimin ended up going back home and telling Taehyung to pack up.
Actually, he had given Taehyung options. Option one was to buy this house from Jimin and stay here in this town. Option two was to pack up his things and move either in with Jimin or move into his own house.
It was easy for Jimin to sell his home. Many people around here needed a place to stay and it was a furnished, nice home, so it wasn't too long until someone bought it, but the process of moving out took a while. Thankfully, Jimin and Taehyung were cautious, having saved plenty of money for themselves so that they could travel and find a new town to live in.
Jimin didn't want to move far away from the other three, really. They were in a town called Hanja, which was right next to Jimin's hometown. His hometown, as far as he knows, is called The Big Town. That's what people have always called it. Jimin doesn't know if it has an actual name or not. He always figured that it was the real name.
If he moves near his hometown, he knows that things won't be good for him. So, he instead decided to follow his friends and hope for the best. He thought against moving into the same town as Seokjin, Hoseok, and Namjoon, but he was scared of being alone. Taehyung seems to not know much about themselves either, so Jimin wanted to always have them near his side to assist him.
He needed them.
They moved to Hanja.
The town wasn't as big as where they were before, but Jimin had found a slightly better quality house for him and Taehyung, which, as they started moving, became talkative.
Jimin never knew how imaginative of a mind he had, but just having small conversations as they traveled and moved, he realized pretty quickly that this guy is really unique.
"Woah." Taehyung was in awe, eyes wide and dramatic noises leaving him at every cool thing he saw. "This dresser is beautiful," he said, staring up at the long vertical mirror that was attached to the dark wooden dresser.
"The other bedroom has a smaller dresser," Jimin explained, catching a glance from Taehyung. "I can take that room. You have more things than I do, after all."
Taehyung's mouth fell open. "But- But I'm the one who moved in with you."
"This will be our house." Jimin looked at the beautiful dresser, but he felt no need to just absolutely want it. Taehyung seemed much more wowed by it than he was. Plus, Jimin was being reasonable. He has fewer things, and Taehyung needs more storage. "I'll take the smaller bedroom. It's not like we sleep or anything anyways," he sort of smiled as he left Taehyung to his new dresser.
And that's how they sorted out who got which bedroom in the new house.
It was quite cozy once they got settled in. The kitchen was a little smaller, but that didn't matter considering that they never really used the kitchen anyways. It was good, having more bedroom space instead of kitchen space.
Things were going well, now that they had finally settled in. Taehyung was a well-working farmer. Jimin had gotten a job as a doctor, just as he had wanted years and years ago, though it was hard to get the certification, but Jimin had worked hard to get it— even if he did have to work as a clerk for a while to get it.
