"Ah, nice to see you, Jimin-ah."
By the soft, welcoming smile and not a hint of embarrassment in his tone, Jimin came to the conclusion that Seokjin had either completely forgotten about their conversation at the bar the other day, or he was just ignoring it and probably wanted Jimin to as well.
"Hello," Jimin muttered out.
He wasn't sure of what he was going to do or say when he got here. Seokjin had hinted for Jimin to visit, but hell, he didn't even seem to remember that either. So, as Jimin was invited into their house, he was sort of glad that he had also dragged Taehyung with him.
"Who's your friend?" Seokjin asked as they came into the door. Taehyung seemed to be sort of shy, but Jimin had explained that these were his friends and that if Taehyung met them, maybe they would get along.
Taehyung stooped into a bow, waiting there as he held out his hand to shake Seokjin's. Weird guy, staying in an awkward pose.
"Kim Taehyung," he told Seokjin. "I live with Jimin. It's great to finally meet you. Jimin has told me about you guys before."
Seokjin smirked. "Oh?" He shook Taehyung's hand and glanced up at Jimin. "Well, I never knew we were so famous."
Jimin simply shrugged. "I consider you three my saviors, hyung."
It's true. He does consider them a savior of some sort. If handsome guy Kim Seokjin had not approached Jimin that one day years ago, Jimin doesn't exactly know what would've happened to him. Siwoo, his ex, had screwed him over, and Seokjin was an escape.
A savior.
"It's good to hear that, Jimin-ah." Seokjin was suddenly next to him, and before he knew it, there was a familiar hand settled on his hair, again brushing Jimin's hair behind his ear just like that day at the bar. Seokjin had a warm smile and a knowing look in his eye.
So he does remember that night.
Right?
"A new friend?" Hoseok's bright voice pulled Jimin and Seokjin away, Jimin not even realizing that they were captured staring at each other for a moment.
Hoseok came to the door with his wide smile, the one he welcomes everyone with. He was looking at Taehyung, seeming to love the idea of meeting another one of them.
"I'm Taehyung."
"Taehyung!" Hoseok wrapped an arm around him, then started to direct him away from the other two. "Come. I'll give you a house tour. I love visitors." He also whispered something else that Jimin seemed to not catch, but Seokjin had scoffed at the remark.
"Crazy boy," Seokjin said. "He truly does love making friends. It's a good thing you brought him in. How did you meet Taehyung?"
They strolled behind slowly, watching as Hoseok showed Taehyung the decorations. "I met Taehyung the same way you met me. Well, he wasn't as afraid and he already knew so much more than me, but we met one day as I was working. He's a nice guy."
"But you said you live together, yeah? You offered your home to a stranger?" Seokjin then questioned. "Wow."
Jimin raised an eyebrow at him. "You offered your home to me, hyung," he reminded. Seokjin tilted his head as if to say that is true. "He's never in the way. Here lately, he's become more chatty. We used to hardly even speak. I reckon it's a good thing that Hoseok hyung is talking his head off right now."
Seokjin chuckled. "Of course."
He crossed his arms and turned to Jimin, both of them stopped in the middle of the room. It seemed as if he wanted to ask something, but he instead gave another cheeky smile to Jimin and then turned away.
