Everyone has a story. Whether it be romantic, heartwarming, frustrating, or even lustful, every single person has a story to tell. This is Park Jimin and Kim Seokjin's story.
A story of love.

❗️Mentions of blood...
The next two years of school weren't as much of a blur as all of the other decades that Jimin had spent living. He didn't overlook a single thing within these past two years.
Min Yoongi was his name.
Jimin found that out way too quickly. He was a human, too. Even so, Seokjin and the other two were always hanging out with the human. It felt like a crime even to watch them. And Jimin had never felt any hate towards humans for any reason, but Yoongi...
What's so special about him?
Not that he had meant to overhear, but how in the hell did Min Yoongi get the title of being Seokjin's best friend? Does he even deserve that title? He hardly knows Seokjin.
But, no matter how much Jimin thought about it, his and Seokjin's love wasn't exactly the most deserving, either. After all, it happened so quickly. Did Jimin ever even deserve the title of being his boyfriend? He had even ignored Seokjin for so long that it led to the older falling out of love.
Of course, he didn't deserve that title.
Maybe Yoongi does.
Even within these two years, Jimin had fucked up harder and harder. Namjoon tried to talk to him and it didn't exactly go well, leading to passive-aggressiveness. Hoseok didn't even try. Seokjin did, though. And Jimin could've fixed their relationship. He could've not have been so petty, but as soon as Seokjin walked up to him, his nose instantly scrunched up and his whole mindset was sent from 2019 to the late 1800s in a short few seconds.
"Don't even try," he had told Seokjin. He was bitter for no reason and he knew it.
Idiot. Why did you say that?
Seokjin didn't try to talk to him after that. Even Taehyung had become sort of silent since they had started going to school at Brighton. He wasn't sure why, but then again, Jimin didn't try to ask why either.
And Jungkook, the poor youngest, was always left out of the loop. He knew nothing.
It's best that way.
But there was one day that Jimin happened to be listening to Seokjin's conversation that had sent him over the edge. Hoseok had asked Yoongi to go to a party with him and Seokjin had suddenly got protective over the human. It pissed Jimin off, knowing that Seokjin cares so much for the useless thing.
Useless human.
Why the fuck did he care so much for him, anyway? Why was he always protecting him? Always babying him. He's a fucking human. Why does Seokjin care about him?
Taehyung was also listening to their conversation, but with a worried look in his eyes instead of narrowed eyes like Jimin had. Jimin hated how quiet Taehyung had become lately. It was like he was always disputing things, even with Jimin. Like when Jimin would scoff about Seokjin and Yoongi, Taehyung would suddenly speak up and— it was like he was taking their side.
Especially that night.
The night of the party. Of course, the human was going to that damn party. And of course, Seokjin and Namjoon were watching him like a hawk. It made Jimin wonder what they would do if suddenly Yoongi did disappear.
That thought scared Jimin.
Within these years, he's thought that way. He's wanted to actually kill Min Yoongi, an innocent human, for no reason at all.
Even tonight.
Except as Yoongi left the house that the party was being held in, Jimin noticed that the other two vampires had let their eyes drift away from him for just enough time. Enough time for Jimin to follow him. Pursue his thoughts.
Stupid human was puking by the house in the night, the dark. A dangerous place, even if vampires supposedly don't exist.
As Jimin came up behind him, he truly wasn't thinking. He didn't think at all.
"Hello there," he muttered.
Before he knew it, he had a handful of Yoongi's hair and was yanking the unfortunately queasy human's head back.
Yoongi gasped at the pain, Jimin obviously stronger than your average human. "Well, aren't you just pretty?" Jimin smirked at the sight of the sweating, weak human.
Shouldn't have gotten so drunk, you dumb human. What did you expect?
"L-Let go."
There was no way in hell Jimin was going to let go of him now. He had spent months, two years, seeing Seokjin take extra care of this boy. If he loves him so much, then where the hell is he? Why isn't he here to save him?
"Let go? How precious," Jimin snickered. "When you're dead, I'm not so sure it'll matter too much." He leaned into Yoongi's neck, instincts kicking in to bite him. He was close, his right fang sinking into the left side of Yoongi's neck until suddenly he was shoved hard, forcefully letting go of the human.
Jimin groaned aloud at the sudden push, thinking it would be Seokjin, but then it suddenly turned into more than just a shove. The first punch to his face was inevitable, and it was a hard punch, too. More punches came but Jimin fought back weakly considering he had already gotten the first few hits.
As he shoved the other off of him and began hitting back, he soon realized that it wasn't Seokjin or either of the other two; Namjoon or Hoseok. It's his best friend.
Taehyung..?
It was quick, their eye contact, glowing eyes glaring back at him. But it was most definitely Kim Taehyung standing there.
Jimin growled, then quickly flung Taehyung into the woods out of irritation, suddenly angry at him. He hit a tree, hard, but soon was going back to Jimin. Taehyung picked up Jimin and threw him against the house, clearly not as hard as he could have, but enough for Jimin to groan out at the sudden pain and weakening of both his stamina and motivation.
He soon was lying on the dirt, Taehyung on top of him with a desperate look in his eyes. He looked hopeless, but for what? Why the hell had he attacked Jimin?
Jimin grumbled at the younger, pissed at the thought of Taehyung betraying him.
He shoved Taehyung to the side and fled the fight. At that point, it wasn't worth it. Killing Yoongi wasn't on his to-do list, and neither was fighting with his best friend.
It was quick, the way he ran away, and Taehyung thankfully didn't follow him.
For once in his life, Jimin felt betrayed by him. For once, he can't rely on his best friend.
