"I know you know something," Jimin trapped Hoseok, a tight grip on his wrist. Hoseok tried to get out of his hold, but Jimin was being annoying and Hoseok could never hurt anyone. He never has wanted to.

"Let me go, Jimin-ah," Hoseok pouted at him. "I don't want to be in the middle of this."

"Then just tell me," Jimin whispered. "You know that I can and would kill Yoongi. I don't want to, hyung, but this is ridiculous. Taehyung took a chunk out of Jungkook's shoulder just for speaking to the damn human. Imagine how we feel, hyung. He's supposed to be with us, not against us. Just tell me. It's that simple."

Hoseok frowned at him, very clearly not wanting to tell. "You're threatening to kill my friend over this?" he asked.

"What does it look like?" the younger asked back. "Taehyung has been attacking us left and right. I know, I know, I did attack Yoongi first. But all you have to do is tell me why the human deserves to be such a barrier between Taehyung and us. He's a threat to Jungkook and I, don't you see that?"

"Yoongi? A threat?"

"Yes!" Jimin groaned out.

"He's just—" Hoseok sighed, then let his wrist relax in Jimin's hold. "He doesn't mean to be. It's... You want the truth? Fine." There was a moment of silence that they stood there, Hoseok with his eyes lowered anxiously. "Yoongi was marked by Taehyung, okay? Taehyung used a witch to mark his soul."

Jimin's eyes widened at that.

Out of all the things he was expecting, it was not that at all. And how did Hoseok even know about that, anyway? Jimin was expecting Hoseok to tell him yeah, they're dating or something like that! Not this.

Holy hell.

"Oh."

He let go of Hoseok's wrist, but the older squinted his eyes at him. "Why are you such an asshole over this, Jimin? None of my coven even know about this, but you just nearly forced it from me, you- you ass."

Jimin frowned. "I'm not trying to be. Taehyung is trying to kill us over a damn human. Of course, I'm mad about it."

"Well, leave the damn human out of it, then." Hoseok glared at him one last time before he turned away and left, shaking his head to himself— or at Jimin. Maybe Jimin was a little harsh, but he was on edge. First, Yoongi steals Seokjin, and now he stole Taehyung.

And now he's suddenly marked by Taehyung? But why is he marked?

Since when did Taehyung mark someone's soul? When did he find a witch to do so? And how did Hoseok even know?

Who the hell is Min Yoongi?

——

Jimin couldn't help but chuckle when he saw Yoongi come into class on crutches.

However, later, he didn't seem too pleased when Taehyung came up to him during lunch with a worried look in his eyes. Jungkook sipped angrily at his metal straw as Taehyung eyed them with a nervous bite to his lip.

"Um..."

Oh, no.

"What is it, Taehyung? Jimin asked.

The younger fiddled with his black locks, averting his eyes in a way that Jimin knew was either going to mean bad or bad.

"Seokjin wants to meet up..."

Jimin stared hard at Taehyung for a moment. "And how would you know this?" Taehyung doesn't know what Jimin knows. About the mark, that is. Yoongi must be important, but that doesn't mean that Jimin knows what the fuck that even means.

A mark. What could that mean?

"Ah," Taehyung let out. "Um, well, Yoongi. Yoongi told me, okay?"

Jimin nodded. At least there's progress here, with Taehyung finally telling the truth, even if the youngest is still eating in harsh ways, very aggressively chewing as he glares at Taehyung.

"Okay, Taehyung," Jimin muttered. "Yeah. We'll meet them. Where?"

——

The meeting didn't go too well.

They met in Seokjin's backyard again, except this time, Jimin had more knowledge that nobody knew about.

"Seokjin," he smiled up at his ex as he walked into his yard as if he owned it. "You let your human in on my precious family."

"Yoongi has a name, Jimin-ah."

Jimin grimaced at him, not caring about anyone else around them. To him, it was only Seokjin in front of him at this point. It always had been. Who cares about Yoongi's name?

"I don't want the useless fucking human near us anyways." He didn't mean to sound so harsh about it.

As before, Jimin has no problem with humans at all. Hell, Jungkook was a human when he met him. Jimin was a human at one point, too. That's another problem with Yoongi. If Taehyung turns him into a vampire, Jimin will be pissed, because what kind of idiot wants to be a vampire?

"Yoongi isn't just some useless human." It was Hoseok who spoke, his arm wrapped around said human, who was standing on a broken foot, trembling like a lost puppy.

Jimin couldn't help but laugh. "Oh? Why don't you explain what we were talking about the other day, mister Jung Hoseok?" he smiled huge up at said vampire.

Hoseok sighed as all eyes were on him now, and Jimin knew that this would get under Seokjin's skin, specifically.

Seokjin did step up, eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "You talked to Jimin?" he asked, but Hoseok ignored it.

"Yoongi isn't going to choose sides," was Hoseok's only answer to them. He didn't deny talking to Jimin, which was great. Jimin wanted them to all know.

"Well, If I were fucking sane, I would choose to stay a fucking human," Jimin growled to Hoseok. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" He turned to Yoongi with a strong glare, narrowing his eyes. "You don't even know the full story, yet you trust Taehyung? You trust a vampire? That's pathetic."

Jimin chuckled at him as Yoongi flinched, harsh words hitting him. He seemed fragile and Jimin didn't like being mean to him, but seriously, what's wrong with him? Why would Yoongi want to get caught up with them? Why would he want to stay in danger?

Seokjin seemed irritated that Hoseok wouldn't talk to him, and Taehyung was tugging on Jimin's arm all of a sudden.

"We need to talk," Taehyung tugged harder to pull him back.

Oh, really? So now he's willing to talk? What a shocker. As if Jimin hadn't tried to do that before, but would always find out that Taehyung was oh-so-conveniently gone to a friend's house— Yoongi's house— or straight up wouldn't talk to him.

"Damn right, we need to talk."
