They had all gone their separate ways so that Taehyung and Yoongi could have some alone time. Jungook and Jimin had left the house as well, not needing to intrude at all.

The only place Jimin knew was the grass. Though it wasn't nighttime like usual, the sun barely rose, but it was the only place Jimin knew to go. So he laid on the ground.

There wasn't much to look at during the day except for an occasional airplane or clouds. It only made Jimin realize how much he really appreciates the pretty stars at night.

But as he laid there for a while, he heard some rustling coming from behind him. Instantly, he began sniffing out, needing to know whether it was a wild animal about to come into his backyard or if it was someone. For a moment, he thought his nose was fried. All he could smell was Seokjin and the lingering scents of the others in the yard.

But the scent got stronger.

And before Jimin knew it, footsteps were coming from behind him, He sat up from the cut grass, and before he ever even turned around, he knew for a fact that it was Seokjin. He knew Seokjin was behind him.

Sure enough, he turned around, catching the eye of the older. Seokjin slowed his pace as he walked, a sort of nervous look in his eyes as he walked into Jimin's territory.

For Jimin, he had never felt so excited. It had been nearly two hundred years since they had been alone. It had been nearly two hundred years since Jimin had looked away from the sky to see those soft eyes instead.

"Hi," Seokjin muttered.

His arms were crossed over his body, a long sleeve covering him, and a hat on his head. He was wearing different clothes than he was wearing earlier, a white sweater, black hat, jeans. But he always looks good. Even if his hair is messy under that hat, he looks good.

Jimin clenched onto the grass, only barely feeling it. "Hey, hyung."

Calling him hyung felt good to say. Good to see Jin walking towards him instead of away from him. Even as the older stepped up next to Jimin, it felt good. Everything felt so good by simply being near Seokjin.

Seokjin only stood there, though.

"Jimin," he started. It was only his name, but every time he heard it from Seokjin, it was like honey. "Can I apologize to you?" Jimin looked up at him, lost, but the older wasn't looking down at him anymore. "I want to apologize for lying to you. I know it may sound weird, after so many years, and I know you don't care about it, but it's been killing me. It's killed me for years, actually," he admitted.

All Jimin could do was stare up in confusion. For a moment he thought he had fallen asleep on the grass and this was all a dream.

He simply nodded. Either Seokjin saw his nod, or he decided to continue anyway.

"I never fell out of love with you."

This had to be a dream. It has to be. There's no way Seokjin is really here, telling this to Jimin. But, as Jimin's body melted and he felt like his heart could race again, it all suddenly felt too real. Even so, Jimin couldn't speak. He didn't know what he'd say anyway.

"I know you don't care," Seokjin chuckled, then looked up at the bright blue sky. "I see you're still laying out here in the grass, huh? It's still nice." He changed the subject.

Jimin simply nodded again. He swallowed the lump in his throat. "Y-Yeah."

Finally, the older looked down at him. There were those soft eyes. His smile was hardly peeking out, but it was there. Why is he smiling, anyways? Is it because Jimin agrees with him or is it because he's getting closure? Why did he need this closure?

Wait.

Seokjin never fell out of love.

With him. Seokjin never fell out of love with Jimin. He lied to him. So, even after all of those years, the years that Jimin was still living near Seokjin, the years he had chosen to turn his depression into hate towards Seokjin, was Jimin doing it all for no reason?

He hated Seokjin for leaving him, but Seokjin was still in love with him even then?

Even now? Does he now?

Obviously not. It's been years.

But why did Seokjin leave him, then? Why did they break up? It must have been because Jimin had ignored him. It's still Jimin's fault.

"I hope Yoongi and Taehyung sort things out," Seokjin muttered. "Because I know how much Yoongi likes him. I know Taehyung wouldn't ever hurt Yoongi, either. The only reason I was so skeptical was because... You know. You know why. But if they're happy, then I'm happy. So, how about we start over? Us?"

Jimin chewed at his lip.

Start over. Seokjin and Jimin starting over. "Yeah. That sounds nice, hyung."
