❗️TW // Gore , Death❗️
They all agreed to meet up once again. All seven vampires, once again. They met up at the same place, out in the backyard of the place Jimin lives in. The other coven stepping on the grass that Jimin was just laying on this weekend, Seokjin's words still ringing in his ears. It had all weekend.
But today, Monday, was a meeting for Taehyung and Yoongi. Not them.
Namjoon apologized to Jimin for being such an ass to him the other day. It was one step closer to finally setting aside all of their past memories; the bad ones. The memories of Jimin being a dick for no reason, the memories of pushing Seokjin into the wall of his own house, the memories of Jimin's petty remarks and dirty looks at each other.
It was time to let go.
Another era.
"Taehyung and I talked," Yoongi said. "He marked my soul in my past life." Jimin watched in amusement as some of the other's eyes widened, some confused. "I had a mark on my shoulder. I was Taehyung's, in a past life." Yoongi held onto Taehyung's hand, and suddenly Jimin realized that he had never even seen Taehyung with anyone like this before.
"I'd appreciate it if you guys will accept that I'm not leaving Taehyung. And I'm not leaving you guys," Yoongi continued as he looked over at his friends, Seokjin. "I want us to all get along, please. Jin, Jimin, can't we do that? Can't we get along somewhat?"
Oh, definitely. Sure.
"I- I wanted to maybe sit out on the patio and just talk with each other, you know? Like we used to?" Taehyung mumbled out.
Ah, yes. Of course Taehyung would bring up old memories. Old conversations. Memories of talking, getting together so well.
Seokjin nodded. "If that's what you really want, Yoongi."
"Yes, please."
So with that, they all gathered around the patio. As Seokjin pulled a chair towards their circle of seats, Jimin couldn't help but smile, the oldest pulling his seat right next to Jimin. He sat down without sparing Jimin a glance, but it still felt really good knowing that they are starting over.
Getting along.
He seemed so shy, shyer than Jimin ever remembered him to be. Seokjin was always so confident, even using cheesy excuses such as being drunk off of Jimin. Being drunk and flirty was something Jin said was normal for him, but being so flirty with Jimin all the time was very noticeable. He liked Jimin.
As all the talk around them went on, with Namjoon and Hoseok talking to Jungkook, loud as ever, and Seokjin merely chuckling at them, Jimin decided that it was no time for second chance failures. Seokjin is right in front of him and if anything in the world was offering, Jimin needed to take it.
He needs to redeem himself.
So, he looked for an excuse. He looked for something to talk about. Something to say. The only thing he could think of was his cup in his hand. He was holding it just so he would have something to do with his hands, but the blood in it had a reason for being there.
Jimin nudged Seokjin.
The older turned to him with wide eyes as Jimin held out the cup, offering.
"Want some?"
It was a terrible excuse, but Seokjin seemed to not mind. Instead, the hesitation in his nod made Jimin believe that either Seokjin is just uncomfortable or still nervous. He must be nervous around such an old friend.
