When you try your best but you don't succeed, When you get what you want but not what you need, When you feel so tired but you can't sleep, Stuck in reverse, And the tears come streaming down your face, When you lose something you cannot replace When you love someone but it goes to waste Could it be worse? Lights will guide you home And ignite your bones And I will try to fix you...

Chapter Forty Seven:

Jacob's Point Of View:

Even though they were cold, we-as in the pack-managed to eat all the pizzas. Madeline sent Adrienne upstairs to shower and clean herself up a bit. I wonder why Bella was apologizing to Adrienne?-What happened?-There was so much things that I wanted to ask Adrienne right now but I didn't want to receive a load of cuss words because right now wouldn't be a good time to ask her important when she's drunk. And How she manages to get alcohol in the first place is beyond me. Adrienne's grandmother looked extremely surprised when Bella arrived at the door and said that Adie was drunk, it's almost like it's never happened in England. I kept my eyes on the television and my mind on Adrienne. Madeline went upstairs to check on her and I remained on the sofa next to Lauren and Seth.

'I want to go to the Grand Canyon' Lauren sighed, leaning on Seth's shoulder. 'When are you  going to take me?'

Seth shrugged. 'Beats me-I'll have to ask my mother about that, I have no idea how to get there-I've always wanted to go there too'

I sighed and focused on the television screen again. Abigail started laughing when Jared told her a joke, I bet it was that dog joke that-to Jared-will never get old. 'Oh Jared, you're so funny' Abigail giggled, hitting Jared playfully on his shoulder.

I got up off the sofa and headed up the stairs to Adrienne's room. I stuck my head in the room, Madeline was trying to convince Adrienne to take some pills. Didn't she know that Adie doesn't like pills?

'C'mon Adie, just one' Madeline pleaded. 'One and that's it-It'll help the headache'

'There's-No-Way-In-Bollocking-Hell I'm going to take one of those!' Adrienne snapped, sinking her head lower in the blanket, I smirked. 'The water is doing just fine!'

Madeline sighed. 'I don't know what it is with you and pills but it needs to stop because one day-you're going to need them'

Adrienne arched her eyebrow, not one bit sober. 'And when will that be?'

'You'll know when it comes' Madeline sighed, before putting the glass of water on the night stand and leaving the room. I took Madeline's place at the side of Adrienne's bed. Her head was still buried in the covers.

'Is she gone?' Adrienne whispered to me. I laughed and nodded. Adrienne stuck her head out of the covers and launched out of the bed. 'I don't like pills-never have-never will' Adrienne muttered, switching on the radio a random hip-hop song started busting through the speakers.

'If your havin girl problems i feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but a bitch ain't one' Adrienne rapped, bopping her head a little. 'I got the rap patrol on the gas patrol Foes that wanna make sure my casket's closed Rap critics that say he's Money Cash Hoes I'm from the hood stupid what type of facts are those If you grew up with holes in your zapitos You'd celebrate the minute you was havin doe I'm like fuck critics you can kiss my whole asshole...'

'Adrienne, I don't think this is the right time to be listening to that kind of music' I smiled, standing up and turning down the radio. Adrienne looked up at me, smiled before kissing me. she pulled my face down closer to her's and tugged at my clothes. I kissed her back and pulled her close to me, a natural instinct. Adrienne pushed me against a wall and kissed me again, and started to unbuckle my pants.
