The night that Holly kissed Gally
As soon as I run out of the maze, I look around hoping to see Holly waiting near the entrance for me, but she is nowhere to be seen. I see Alby, wave at him and run over to him.
"Hey Alby."
"Hi Thomas, any breakthroughs in the maze?"
"No, not today. Have you seen Hols anywhere? She's been acting really strange the last week. She doesn't even sit with us for meals, just makes it then walks away to her hammock."
"Yes, I've noticed that, so I've been keeping a good eye on her especially after what happened with Minho and Newt." The boys look sadly at each other remembering the dark times, "The last time I saw her she was heading towards Chuck's hiding spot, maybe check there?" I reach over and pat Alby's shoulder.
"Thanks Alby, appreciate it." I start a slow jog over to Chuck's spot but slow down when I see Gally walking towards the same clump of trees. Why is he going there? I quietly sneak over and look through some branches where I see Holly sitting on a big rock. She's peacefully thinking until Gally gets near her and she jumps. How dare he scare her?! They talk a bit before Gally pulls her in for a hug and unleashes all the jealousy in my body, it's taking all of my self-control to not run over and beat him to a pulp. I can hear bits of their conversation but none of it catches my attention until I hear Holly say my name and mention that she's going to talk to me. I look behind me to see if any of the other boys see me spying and when I turn back to Holly, she's holding Gally's hand. I lean forward to try and catch what they are saying. My heart drops when I hear what Holly says next.
"...ending the romantic element of our relationship"
Tears start to form in my eyes, and I stand frozen for a while not understanding why she would do this to me. After a while, I unfreeze and think about walking away but stop myself when Gally leans in and kisses Holly. I hear my heartbreak when I see that Holly is kissing him back with more passion than she's ever kissed me. Holly stands up and walks out of the clearing, so I move around the trees so she doesn't see me spying on her. I look back to see a very smiley Gally and anger fills my body. I race towards him and punch him right in the nose. He doubles over and blood spills out of his nose.
"What the hell Thomas! I think you've broken my nose."
"Yeah well, you broke my heart by kissing Holly." I start to walk away but Gally tackles me and I land on my back. Gally leans over me, his blood dripping onto my face. I try to hit him, but he grabs my wrists and kicks me in the stomach.
"Leave me and Holly alone. She's going to try and let you down gently and I swear to go I am going to skin you alive if you make her feel bad for following her heart." I swear he growls at me before walking away and leaving me winded and in pain on the ground.

I head over to the medjack's hut where Jeff inspects my nose and reassures me that it isn't broken, thank god. He gives me some painkillers that I happily take as my nose is killing me. I can't believe that shank hit me, like actually hit me. It's not my fault that Holly likes me more than him. Oh, shuck, Holly's going to be so annoyed that I kicked Thomas but he hit me first and I could've done a lot more damage to him than he did to me. I shake the thought out of my head and walk to my hut where I get ready for bed and fall asleep with the image of kissing Holly in my mind.
When I wake up I quickly run into the woods where I get some fresh water and wash all the dried blood off of my face and look at my reflection in the mirror. My face doesn't look that bad, just a little bruised around my nose but not too noticeable. I head over to the kitchen where I see Holly and Chuck making french toast. We haven't had french toast in years so I'm very excited when I get my plate. I spot Holly sitting with Newt and some others and we keep locking eyes. However, our looks get cut short when Alby walks over to me and pulls me aside for a chat. He doesn't look very happy, I hope that shank hasn't snitched on me.

Oooh, drama! I'm sorry about the small chapter but I have exams coming up and have been studying a lot so haven't had a lot of time to write, hope that's okay :)
