After Chenle the members started flooding in, one by one they hugged Jisung but one was left. Taeyong wasn't there, no one saw him since he left the hospital the day Jisung got admitted, except for Chenle and Chaeyoung, who saw him this morning but after that he was yet again nowhere to be seen.

Jisung got discharged, fully healed and that's all thanks to the soulmate bond but as for his brain, it recovered but he still has to take medication for atleast one week, and has to avoid stressful things or else it might result in something worse.

"Hyung, How did i end up in a Hospital?" Jisung inquired as soon as they arrived at the mansion, because as far as he knew, Mafia's don't go to hospitals, because the hospital files a police case and they don't have anything to do with police, now, do they?

"The doctor who treated you was a friend of mine, you might remember him, the one i saved on our first mission as NCT" Yuta explained. And the others hummed at the information. "Now guys no screaming, or messing around till Jisung recovers" Mark stated, he's the second-in-command afterall.

"Where's Taeyong-hyung?" Jisung finally questioned because no one seemed like they're going to spill the tea anytime soon. The boys shared quick glances but none answered.

"Guys i asked you something?" He said again but this time Doyoung answered "He's out for some work, he'll be back soon" but it sounded more like he's convincing himself that Taeyong will be back.

As for Chaeyoung's dad he didn't knew anything about what happened to Jisung as he left the day before their mission. Back to america, he went, he's been working there as the Personal Assistant of a trading company. Away from anyother mafia, atleast that's what he thought, right?

Soon came the evening but Taeyong still wasn't back, Jisung was fast asleep and they decided against telling him that Taeyong just disappeared, him being the most powerful mafia leader, fully capable of protecting himself, relieved the members a bit but still didn't eased their mind, it's been three days almost and yet there's no sign of him.

"Guys, we should look for him" Jungwoo said as they all were gathered in the meeting room, thinking of any kind of possibilities.
"But he doesn't has a tracker on him" Jeno said. "Then we can track his phone" Kun stated hopefully.

"We can't, he left his phone behind" Taeil replied. And then it dawned upon them, he's the mafia leader for a reason, he never leaves any traces behind. It's impossible to find him.
"He might have went to take the files himself, right?" Jaehyun mentioned.
"Oh come on, retrieving the files can't take 3 days for him to come back" Johnny said.

"Even if he did it's most likely for him to comeback the next day, but why isn't he coming back?" Donghyuck said frustrated about the whole ordeal, they all were, first Jisung and now Taeyong.

"He might have went after those who tried to kill Jisung" Xiaojun said. Whilst Chaeyoung shook her head, "Even if he did went after them, he can't do that alone, he'd most likely need Taeil and Ten for that, it doesn't feels right, there's something more of that as if it was all planned since the start" Chaeyoung voiced out her thoughts.

"What do you mean, Chae?" YangYang questioned. "Look, just suppose retrieving the files took him one day, the next day he went after those who harmed Jisung, so the third day, which is today, he must be back, right? And he isn't" Chaeyoung said. "So you're trying to say that someone planned it? And he's in danger?" Sungchan asked.
