Kyra's POVI woke up tangled in bed with the love of my life. Both of us were naked in each other's arms. Thinking about our night together made me smile. He was so amazing in every sense of the word.
I quietly pulled out of his arms, hoping not to wake him. I succeeded getting out of bed without waking him. He must have been really tired because our night together had been quite long and exciting.
He looked peaceful in his sleep with his hair messed up. He had scratches and hickeys on his chest and neck. I smiled. They were the evidence of our passion. I loved seeing him at peace without worrying about work or problems with his friends.
I stood up quietly and tip toed to the bathroom. The red marks all over my body especially on my breasts and neck made me smile brightly. This was something I dreamt of from the moments when I started falling in love with Jayden. I had no idea how I had managed to pull through and where I had gotten the strength to hold on to my marriage, but I was grateful I held on.
The journey was painful. Indeed it was, with bittersweet moments, but it was just part of our story, our own unique love story. I kissed my wedding ring. I was happy and grateful for the husband God had blessed me with.
I brushed my teeth and washed my face. I wanted to serve him breakfast in bed like he always did for me. I put on a red satin morning robe and tied the sash securely then walked out of the bathroom.
Jayden was still fast asleep. I didn't open the curtains to avoid waking him. The slideshow was on and there was a picture of Jayden and I, sea diving on our honeymoon. These were the memories that'd always be precious to me.
I left the bedroom and went downstairs to the kitchen. The curtains had already been opened, probably by Christian. I went straight to the kitchen and started preparing breakfast. I decided to make bacon, cherry pie pancakes and baked egg boats.
I called Martha to check on her and see how she was doing. I was glad to know her weekend was going well and she was happy with her family. She deserved it because she was sweet and caring. She was always there for Jayden and I.
I finished up cooking while on a call with Mom. These days our talks were more often and we were both working on our relationship. We both wanted to make things right between us. She wanted to be as involved in my life as she was in Lisa's and Layton's. I let her in because deep down, I really yearned for her love too.
I put the food on a tray and made two cups of hot chocolate and black coffee. I decorated the tray beautifully and romantically. I made the food with love.
Christian brought in mail before I left the kitchen. I scanned through the envelopes which were mostly work related. I'd attend to them later.
I picked fresh roses from the garden and put them on the tray. Jayden loved the scent of freshly picked roses in the morning. I hoped they'd make him smile.
I walked carefully upstairs back to our bedroom. I was glad to see him still sleeping peacefully like a baby. I put the tray on the table and closed the door softly. I had a brilliant way in my mind to wake him up. I knew he'd love it.
I smiled mischievously as I crawled onto the bed. I removed the comforter that was covering his body slowly until his naked body was exposed to me. I licked my lips, my body jerking to life at the sight of his glorious naked body.
My eyes trailed to his big shaft and I felt heat pool between my legs. No matter how often we made love, I couldn't get over how he felt deep inside me. He stretched me perfectly well and filled me completely. I loved the feeling it gave me.
