A knock at the door has a grumbling James murmuring something sleepily while Regulus raises from his bed to answer the door.

James protests tiredly. "Mmh, I'll get it..." His voice is sleep ridden and almost unlegible. "You're pregnant...I'll get up," James mutters, his pillow covering his face.

Regulus shakes his head. "Already up, James," He replies gently as he reaches for the door handle, hoping to catch the culprit red handed.

It appears Regulus catches them red headed as he opens the door to find Lily standing before him, dressed in a rather nice plaid pinafore with a peaked black hat sitting over her red locks.

"Morning!"

"Lily...hi...uh-" Regulus is about to investigate exactly why Lily is knocking on their door so early, surely she must have woken the rest of their friends up while sneaking out of Mary and Peter's room and dodging hotel staff who were not supposed to know about three extra guests, when James interrupts him.

"Go away! We're tired and Reg is growing a baby, piss off, Evans," James groans tiredly, shifting further into his bed.

Lily rolls her eyes, calling back, "Well, good thing I'm not here for you then, isn't it?" She hums. James just grumbles in reply as he slowly drifts back to sleep. Lily grins at Regulus. "Have breakfast with me? My mum used to take Petunia and I to this lovely little café, I'm sure you'll love it,"

Regulus blinks for a few moments before nodding. "Er, sure, Lil. Give me ten minutes to locate something of James' that'll fit over the bump and I'll be with you then,"

Lily nods with a thumbs up before Regulus closes the door; unsure of the exact reason as to why Lily would want to have breakfast with him, Regulus ponders briefly as to why Lily seems to have saught him out specifically, but Regulus won't say no to breakfast.

After all, Lily grew up here in Manchester; she should know some pretty good cafés.

And so, Regulus gets dressed and ready for the day, leaving James a short, curt note; just in case he should wake up and forget his irritability when he had first been awoken this morning.

Lily and Regulus walk towards a small alleyway littered with hanging flower baskets and the scent of coffee and baked goods. Lily hums softly to herself. "This place is so sweet, you'll like it, I hope," She says. "We can even have dessert for breakfast," Lily laughs.

Regulus smiles at her. "I can't believe you got to grow up here, it must've been so amazing, everything's just so....pretty," Regulus finishes.

Lily nods perkly. "It was pretty cool to grow up around these parts. I missed it a lot once we moved to London," She smirks softly. "I didn't unpack until we were in London for at least a month, I kept hoping we would move back,"

Regulus laughs. "Well, you wouldn't have met any of us then,"

Lily snorts. "I know," She agrees in a soft voice. She smiles at Regulus before, "I would've led a very boring life then, wokdnt I?"

"Oh, absolutely, no pregnancy scandels, no bands, no James lusting after you. You would've had a quiet life," Regulus replies.

"And what a terrible life it would have been, no little baby boy, no rock band and no turning James Potter down only for him go turn out into boys," Lily laughs.

Regulus chuckles as she leads them into a bright café, Lily holding the door open for him, before nodding to a small table near the window. "Just going to use the toilets, take that seat; it's the nicest one in the bloody place," Lily says as she leaves for the bathrooms and Regulus wanders towards the two chairs next to the glass window.
