Scarlett's POV
It's 9 in the morning and I have to meet up with SM today. He called me last week saying that he wanted to talk about something important. He didn't really say what we were going to talk about but I can tell that it's a pretty serious thing. He doesn't want me telling the others that I'm going to meet him either. I wonder why he told me that...
I'm wearing a black pencil skirt with a red blouse. I have black flats by the front of the door. I always put the shoes that I'm going to wear the following day there. I don't put on any make-up and just straighten my hair. I don't think I have to dress up so much to meet him but I want to look presentable at least.
After I feel happy with how I look, I walk out of the room and go into the living room.
"I'm leaving now. I'll be back soon." I say to Tao, Luhan, Lay and Suho who are in the living room. "Where are you going? Did they call you into work?" Lay asks me. "Something like that. sit shouldn't take too long though." I reply and he nods. "Be safe." Suho says to me and I smile. "Don't worry, I will." I say to him before blowing a kiss to him. Tao, Luhan and Lay are shocked by what I did while Suho is embarrassed. I laugh to myself before I leave the dorm.
~~Skip the ride to the SM building~~
I still can't get over how huge the building is. SM must be worth a lot of money if he can pay for all of this. I walk in the double doors and go to the desk in the front.
"I have an appointment with SM." I tell the lady at the desk. "What's your name?" She asks me. "Scarlett Anderson." I reply and she nods her head. "He's waiting for you in the conference room on the 7th floor. The conference room is the second door on the right." She says to me and I go to the elevator so that I can get their quickly. I don't want to keep him waiting.
Once I'm on the 7th floor, I quickly look for the conference room. Once I do, I knock on the door.
"Come in." I hear a guy say on the other side of the door. I slowly open the door. I see SM there with a guy that I'm not familiar with. "Please sit and make yourself comfortable." SM says to me and I do as he says.
"Thank you for coming and not causing any trouble." SM says once I've say down. "You're welcome and that's the last thing that I want to do." I say politely and he nods his head. "This man here is Park Nam-Gi. He's a manager that I'm hiring for a future girl group that I'm forming." SM says and now I'm really confused about what this meeting is about.
"Annyeonghaseyo! It's a pleasure to meet you." I say to Park Nam-Gi. "Annyeonghaseyo and the pleasure is all mine." He says to me and I smile. He seems to be a kind and friendly man.
"Now Scarlett, you're currently working for a photography company, am I correct?" SM asks me. "Ne, sir. I am." I respond. "Well, I was talking to a few people and they really liked seeing you on Star King. I was wondering if I could set up a contract with you." SM says to me. "Why would you want to do that?" I ask him out of curiosity. "The public eye is paying attention and they love you! Plus, you're living with one of the hottest groups in South Korea. That is obviously going to gather a lot of attention for you. And I also want you to be a part of the girl group that I want to debut." SM tells me. He wants me to work for him?!
"Why would you want me to be part of the group?" I ask him. "It's going to be a multicultural group. There will be 4 other girls in the group with you. Two of them are Korean, one of them is Japanese and the other one is Chinese. They can all speak Korean and some English. You'll be the leader, main singer and the visual of the group if you agree to the contract and become a trainee for my company." He tells me and I start to think about this opportunity.
"If I agree to this, that means I have to quit my current job, right?" I ask him. "Ne, that's right. The company doesn't allow outside jobs once you become a trainee." He replies and I nod my head.
"May I please see the contract?" I ask him. He hands it to me and I start to read the contract.
As a trainee, my salary will be 21,000 annually until I debut. That means my monthly pay is 1,750. Not bad for starters, I guess. I will have my own dorm and I will be living with the other members. Training time will be from 6 a.m. to 12 at night. Extra time will be provided if the trainer needs to brush up on anything. Food and drinks will be provided by the staff of SM entertainment. You'll only be able to get 2 chances to have 2 week vacations throughout the year.
Those were the main points that I was paying close attention to. After I'm done reading, I look up at SM and place the contract on the table.
"Well, what do you think?" SM asks me. "Everything is okay except for 2 things that I want to request to be changed." I tell him and he looks at me shocked. "What will those two be?" He asks me. "For the dorm, I would like to stay in EXO's form until it's for the group that I'll be in to debut. As for the vacations, I want to be able to have 4 chances to go on vacations throughout the year for only 2 weeks." I say to him. SM stays quiet for a while and Nam-Gi is very quiet throughout all of this.
"Well, if that's the only way I can get you to sign to my company, I'll have my lawyer change it. I'll call you in when the changes are made for you to see and sign if you like it." He says to me and I smile. "Kamsahmnida, I'll be leaving now." I say to him. "Alright, I'll tell you more about the group when you come back for the fixed contract. Take care Scarlett." He says to me before I leave the room.
Once I've left the room, I feel uneasy. Yes, I will have to quit my job but it feels like something else is bugging me. And for some reason, I feel like I just made a deal with the devil. Should I worry about it...? Probably not, I'm just thinking too much into this contract. Well, time to go home!

In case you don't know, I will tell you a little bit about what's going on with him.
He assaulted his ex-girlfriend and paid a 5 million won fine for it. He's deeply sorry for his mistakes and the couple has supposedly reconciled. And even better news (actually worse for dedicated fans), he's going to be a father in September because his girlfriend is 10 weeks pregnant!
Me and my sister are deeply shocked by this news. Even though I'm (somewhat) happy about him becoming a father, he's going to the army soon.
Is he going to miss the birth of his first child?
How long will him and his girlfriend last?
When are they getting married?
Questions, questions, and more questions that need to be answered!
To end this on a good note, BIGBANG IS COMING BACK IN APRIL!!!
Ahhhhhhhh!!!! My VIP feels are in overload right now!
