Chapter 41: Girl's Day Part 2

Scarlett's POV

I wake up at 7 so that I have plenty of time to get ready. As soon as I wake up, I go to the bathroom. I brush my teeth before heading into the shower. After that, I go back to the bathroom to comb and blow dry my hair. I feel like being different today so I decide to curl my hair.

My dyed brown hair is starting to fade and I can finally see my blonde roots now. I missed my blonde hair so much!

Once I'm done doing my hair, I go to the closet to pick out the clothes that I'm going to wear today.

I grab a sweet rebel shirt with a black lace skirt. I grab a pair of black TOMs and my purse.

After I'm done changing, I walk out of the bedroom and go towards the kitchen. It's already 8:40. Taeyeon and Tiffany are probably going to be here in a little bit.

"You're already dressed, Scarlett?" Tao asks me, startling me. "Oh, yes I am." I say to him while trying not to stutter. "Are you going to eat breakfast before you leave?" He asks me. "Um, I guess I should go do that." I say while walking in the kitchen.

I look around, thinking of what I should eat. I remember that we have left over strawberry cheesecake from the other night. I grab a slice of it and walk over to the table and start to eat it.

"Is that what you call a breakfast?" Chen asks me. I look up at him and he laughs. "I wish I could eat like that. I can't because I have a low metabolism." He says to me. "I've always had a high metabolism so I never really had to worry about my weight. I hated being skinny when I was younger." I confess. "Wae?" He asks me, confused.

"I was really insecure and all the guys seemed to be going after the girls who were slightly...thicker. It was difficult for me getting a guy's attention I guess. Most of them I didn't want to date anyways so I guess that's a good thing." I say to him.

"Scarlett-ah, you don't have to worry about your weight. You have a living boyfriend who would do anything for you and 9 other boys who are like your family. We think you're perfect no matter what. It's good that you're not getting a lot of attention from men or else Suho would probably be extremely jealous." Chen says, making me laugh.
I can't imagine Suho being jealous.

Protective? Yes, but not jealous. It just doesn't suit him.

"Gomayo, Chen oppa! I really needed that." I say while hugging him. He hugs me back and says, "Anytime, Scarlett-ah. We're all here for you."

"You should at least talk to Suho before you leave though." Chen says to me as he's walking out of the kitchen.

Once he said that, I quickly get up and throw my plate away and walk to the bedroom that Suho and I share. I quietly open the door, unsure if he's up this early or out doing stuff already.

"Are you looking for something?" Suho asks me from across the room. He has a towel wrapped around his waist. I guess he just got out of the shower.

"Anyi, I just wanted to talk to you before I leave with Taeyeon and Tiffany." I tell him. "Are they here already?" Suho asks, shocked. "Anyi, at least not yet. I wanted to talk to you before they arrived." I say to him. He starts walking towards me and hugs me.

"Kyeopta! I guess you can't stay away from me, jagi." He says to me with a wink. I playfully push him away from me. "Go get changed. Ppali!" I yell at him and he laughs. He quickly goes into the closet and I decide to sit on the bed as I wait for him to change.

Eventually, he walks out in a black t-shirt and a pair of denim jeans. Casual but nice at the same time.

"Do you like it, babe?" He asks me as soon as he walks out of the closet. "Ne, it's nice." I tell him while standing up to give him a kiss on the lips. I can feel him starting to smile while we're kissing.
