Scarlett's POV
"I'm home! I have a guest with me so please be nice to her!" Chanyeol yells as soon as we enter the dorm. "A girl?!" I hear multiple people say. I take off my shoes at the door and Chanyeol leads me to the living room.
"I would like you guys to meet Scarlett. I accidentally got her shirt stained when we ran into each other. I'm here so that her shirt can get cleaned." He tells the people in the living room. They're all looking at me.
"Annyeonghaseyo! I'm sorry for intruding on your...home. I'll do my best to leave once my problem is fixed." I say to whoever is in the living room. "Why are you in a rush? Enjoy your visit here! We don't bite!" One of the guys says to me. He has really nice eyes and has blonde hair. He appears to be really short though.
"You're a foreigner, aren't you?" A guy with really big eyes and a chipmunk-like face. "Ne, I am. I'm from America." I tell him and they nod at my answer. "How long have you been in Korea?" A guy with dark circles asked me. "I just arrived an hour or two ago." I reply and he looks really shocked. "Do you not have a place to stay? How long are you going to be in Korea?" Two people ask me at the same time. I'm not really sure who asked. "Anyi, I don't have a place as of right now. My job was unable to provide me with one." I explain.
"Hyung, let's call manager hyung so that we can ask if she could stay?" The guy with dark circles asked. "Or we can just let her stay without his permission." A guy that looks intimidating with a deep voice says. The guy with blonde hair and kind eyes sighs and goes on to say, "I'll call him about it later. We're not going to do promotions for a while because of our hiatus. Let's not rush things." Chanyeol cheers. "You haven't washed her shirt yet?" A guy with wide eyes that seems awkward asks. "Anyi, I'll get to it now I guess." Chanyeol replies. "Can I go to the bathroom so that I can change out of this shirt and put another one on?" I ask him. "Ne, I'll show you. Go grab a shirt." Chanyeol says to me and I open my luggage. I see a plain white shirt that says 'Sky is the limit' in black writing. I grab that one and Chanyeol shows me to the bathroom.
~~Time Skip~~
After I got done changing into my new shirt, the kind blondie showed me the room that I'll be staying in. One of the members has to share a room with me. I think his name is Kai. The old roomate, I think it was Sehun, is now with Dark Circles and Chipmunk. I walk back to the living room after I'm done unpacking. Kind blondie is right behind me the whole time.
"I guess I should take the time for the members and I to introduce ourselves. You've already met Chanyeol so that's taken care of. My name is Subo and I'm the leader of the group." Kind blondie says to me. "My name is Kim Jongin. You can call me Kai though." My roommate says to me. "My name is Tao." The guy with dark circles says to me. "My name is Xiumin." Chipmunk says with a cute smile. "I-I'm D.O." The guy with wide eyes says to me. He must be a really shy person. "My name is Chen!" A guy with really nice hair says with a big smile. "Hi! I'm Luhan!" A guy with a really cute face says to me. "Hey, my name is Kris." A really talk guys says to me as he walks past me. "I'm Baekhyun." He says while doing a peace sign. "Hello. I'm Lay." He says really quietly. "Ohorat! My name is Sehun!" A guy with a blank expression on his face says to me.
"Now, that we've introduced ourselves, tell us some things about yourself." Suho says to me. "Well, my name is Scarlett. I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. My birthday is May 6, 1993 and I work for a company called 'Top Star' as a photographer." I say to everybody in the room. "Oh, you have the same birthday as me!" Baekhyun says excitedly. "Jinja?! Daebak!" I respond shockingly. "If you don't mind me asking, what nationality are you?" Luhan asks me. "Oh, I'm Italian." I say to him. "Pizza!" Chen shouts and I laugh at his silliness. Of course one of them would say something like that.
D.O stands up and the members look at him. "Are any of you hungry?" He asks them. "I want jjajangmyeon!" Chen shouts. "Samgyeopsal!" Lay shouts. "Chicken!" Kai yells. "What about you Scarlett-ah?" Suho asks me. "I'm not familiar with Korean food." I say shyly. "Bwuh?! We need to get this girl some jjajangmyeon, kimchi or something!" Baekhyun shouts quickly. "I'll order chicken just in case she doesn't like it." Kai yells and grabs the phone. "I guess I'll make jjajangmyeon and samgyeopsal." D.O says quietly while walking towards the kitchen.
~~Skip to dinner~~
"Food is ready!" D.O shouts from the kitchen. As soon as he says that, the members rush to the kitchen to get the food. I sit there, not sure what to do. The door bell rings and Kai walks over to the door. After a while, he returns to the living room with several bags in his hand. "It's chicken." He says and I nod my head. The other members come back home into the living room with jjajangmyeon and samgyeopsal.
Kai hands me a box of chicken and I start eating it. "Ya! Hajima! She needs to eat Korean food!" Baekhyun says to Kai. Kai looks at me, then Baekhyun and shrugs his shoulders. Baekhyun sighs in defeat. "Scarlett?" I turn to look at Chen. "Say ahh." He tells me and I open my mouth to eat the good that he's giving to me. It was samgyeopsal. "It's delicious." I say to him with a thumbs up. He smirks at Kai. "Now try this!" Xiumin says and hands me the jjajangmyeon. I eat it too and it doesn't taste too bad. "Do you like it?" Xiumin asks me. "Ne." I say with a smile before continuing to eat my chicken.
~~Skip the rest of dinner~~
"What time is it? I'm so tired!" Sehun complains while leaning on Tao. "It's only 10:00! We've stayed up later than this before babo!" Chen says to Sehun. Segun looks at him angrily. "Scarlett-ah, are you tired?" Kris turns to me. "Hmm...a little bit but I think I'll be good for now." I say to him and before he can reply, one of the members start talking.
"Hey! Tomorrow is the day that we do chores. So we're going to do 3 rounds of rock, paper and scissors. The loser of each round gets to pick somebody to help them do chores tomorrow." Suho announces and the members all agree to it. I don't have to join in because I'm not part of their group called EXO. They explained to me that they're a Korean boy band. I wonder how big they are...
The first round just ended and the loser is Tao. "Who are you going to choose Tao?" Baekhyun asks him. "Hmm...i'll choose Kris hyung." Tao replies. "Bwuh?" Kris says confused. I laugh at him and they continue with the second round. The loser of that round turns out to be Baekhyun. He chooses Chen as the person to help him out with the chores. "Ahh, wae does it have to be me?!" Chen complains. Regardless, the third round starts. The loser of that round is Kai. He complains a little too but not as much as Chen. He ends up choosing Sehun as the person to help. Sehun yells at a Kai for choosing him. Kai just laughs at him.
"Scarlett-ah, can you be my replacement?" Chen asks me. "Ya! You can't do that! Don't make her do your work for you! She's our guest!" Tao and Suho say together. Chen pouts and walks off somewhere. "I might as well go to bed now. Good night!" I say to everybody. I quickly walk to the bathroom to brush my teeth before going to bed.
Tomorrow is going to be a looooong day!
*Hey guys! Sorry that I didn't update sooner! I was hoping to do it tomorrow but my homework took too long to do it.
I'll be updating tomorrow if I don't have too much homework to do for my classes. This is the struggle that I have to go through with having 3 core classes. 😅😅
I'm not sure of how long I want this story to be. Im trying to make it longer than my previous fanfic.
