Chapter 59: Someone call the doctor

Suho's POV

Scarlett is now 37 weeks. We visited the doctor recently and he said that she will be giving birth soon.

It's November 25. The weather is starting to get cold now. I'm not sure if Scarlett would even go to the hospital in 50 degree Fahrenheit weather.

I hear screaming coming from upstairs. I quickly run up the stairs.

"Scarlett!" I yell while running up the stairs. "Suho!" She yells back. Mia is following close behind me, curious on what's going on.

"Scarlett, are you okay baby?" I ask her once I reach the upstairs bathroom. "I think my water just broke. Call the doctor or get me to the hospital." She says to me. "Okay, hold on." I run to the nightstand and grab the car keys. I go back to the bathroom and pick her up. I carry her down the stairs. She puts on her shoes and we hurry to the car.

Once we're in the car, I immediately start it. I quickly call the dorm and tell D.O, the person who picked up, to tell him and the others to get to Seoul Hospital.

After that, I drive to the hospital as quickly as I can.

~~Time Skip~~

I'm in the waiting room, waiting on the members to arrive and for the doctor to tell me what's going on.

"Hyung! What's going on? Is she okay?" Chanyeol asks me. "Her water broke about an hour ago." I tell him. "I'm going to call Taeyeon and see if she can come. I'm sure that she doesn't want to miss this." Baekhyun says and walks away to call Taeyeon. "I'll call Huifang too." Chen says and follows Baekhyun.

~~Time Skip~~

It's been 3 hours since I've arrived at the hospital. Taeyeon and Huifang are here now. We're all nervous yet excited for Scarlett. We know that she's going to go into labor any minute now.

"Kim Joonmyeon?" The doctor asks me. "Ne?" I say. "Scarlett is going into labor. Follow me." He says to me. "Okay." I respond and quickly follow him.

I get to the room where Scarlett is at. She's sweating and looks exhausted.

"Jagi, everything is going to be okay." I say to her while holding her hand. "Apa..." She says to me, on the verge of tears. "I know baby, I know it hurts but you can get through this. You need to do this for Haeun and Jihoo." I say to her.

"Are you ready?" The nurse asks Scarlett. "Ne." She responds.

Scarlett starts to follow the nurse's instructions so that she can give birth safely. I stand right by her side, holding her hand and doing my best to keep her calm throughout the whole process.
This is going to be a lot of work but I know that she'll get though it.

Scarlett's POV

I slowly start to open my eyes. I remember everything that happened. I was giving birth to my two babies. I look around the room and I see that nobody is in here. I start to freak out!

"Jagi?" Suho says, while walking through the door. "Where are my babies?" I ask while tears fall from my eyes. "Calm down Scarlett, they're safe. Baekhyun and Taeyeon are going to be bringing them here. The rest of the members and Huifang are also coming to the room." Suho explains to me.

I breathe a sigh of relief knowing that everything went well, just like Suho said it will.

"Where is she? Oh, there she is!" Taeyeon says while walking into the room. "Annyeonghaseyo, unnie! Which one do you have?" I say to her. "I have Jihoo. Do you want to hold him?" She asks me. I nod my head and she walks over to me, handing over my son.

I hold him in my arms gently and smile. He's asleep but he looks like he's angry. He must be having a strange dream.

"Is Baekhyun going to bring my daughter?" Suho asks Taeyeon. He already sounds like a protective father. How cute.

"I'm here, hyung." Baekhyun says as he walks through the door. "Um, correction. We're here, hyung." Chen says while walking through the door followed by the rest of EXO.

"Aww, unnie! They look so cute!" Huifang says. "Gomayo. They really are, aren't they?" I say while looking at Jihoo and Haeun.

"You guys are going to be wonderful parents! I can tell by the look in your eyes." Taeyeon says while looking at Suho and me.

"Gomayo, unnie. That means a lot to us." I say to her and she hands Haeun to Suho. "Anything for you." She says while giving me a small hug.

"I have to go now. I have things that I need to do with the other members. Bye!" Taeyeon says to me before leaving the room.

"Oh, I just remember. We have to go somewhere too. We're going on a date." Chen says to Suho and I. "Go on. Just make time to visit us when you're not going on dates." Sugo says to Chen and Huifang. "Gomayo hyung. Bye!" Chen says and leaves the room holding hands with Huifang.

Those two really do make a cute couple. I know that they'll last for a long time. Chen is going to treat her right and Huifang is going to do her best to spend time with him.

"Are you guys going to stay for a while or leave in a little bit too?" I ask the rest of EXO. "We actually do have to leave in a little bit. The hospital doesn't have enough beds for us to spend the night. I guess we better leave now before visiting hours are up. Bye hyung and Scarlett! Congratulations again to the both of you!" Chanyeol says before leaving the room.

"Bye! I wish you guys the best! Get home safe!" Lay says to us. "Bye! Please visit us! We'll do our best to visit you too." Xiumin says to us. "Congratulations hyung! Congratulations to you too Scarlett! I'm happy for the both of you! I wish you guys the best! Bye!" D.O says to us.

"Congrats to the both of you! I'll be sending them presents soon! Bye!" Sehun says with a mischievous grin. Oh gosh! I already know that this is going to be bad!

"Congrats hyung and Noona! I'll be going with Sehun to buy the presents too! Bye!" Kai says with a smirk. You can never trust the two maknaes buying gifts for somebody. Especially if they're going together!

I'm just happy that I got to spend time with the people I love and care about. I finally got to see my daughter and son for the first time!

This day has been quite eventful but I know that everything I went through these past 9 months were worth it. Now that they're here, I can't wait to see what they'll look like in a few years!

I'm pretty sure Suho is thinking the same thing but he won't talk about it. He doesn't tell me a lot about things that can happen in the future. I guess he just rather keep those kinds of thoughts to himself instead of telling me.

I guess only time can tell for our family. I like that word...family.
