Scarlett's POV
It's been 2 weeks since I've testified. The next day, they brought out photos of my injuries. The doctor and nurses that took care of me testified. I'm really thankful towards them.
Right now, we're in the court room waiting for the jury to deliver the verdict.
The door starts to open and I instinctively stand up. "It's only been 3 hours. Have they really decided a verdict?" I think to myself as I look at the jurors walking through the door.
"Has the jury reached a verdict?" The judge asks the head juror. "Ne, we have your honor," The juror pauses, "On the charge of assault, we find the defendant guilty. On the charge of murder in the first degree, as also find the defendant guilty."
My lawyer turns to me and hugs me. I also hug Suho and Chanyeol. They really have cheered me up throughout the entire trial.
The sasaeng leader is crying and seems to be very angry.
"You stupid bitch!" She yells, running towards me. She managed to scratch my cheek before the police grab her.
"Kwenchanha?" My lawyer asks me. "Ne, I'm fine. It's just a scratch. I'll clean it." I reply. Somebody grabs my cheek and turns my head. I turn to see that it's Suho. He's examining the scratch on my face.
"Do you want me to file a restraining order against her?" Suho asks me. "That would be a good thing to do."Mt lawyer says to me. "Oh, I guess that's what I should do." I reply. "Araso, I'll get to it once I get to my office. It was nice working with you." My lawyer says to me before walking away.
I guess I might as well go home with EXO since there's no point in staying in the courtroom any longer.
~~Time Skip~~
"Finally! It's over!" Sehun says as soon as we walk through the door. "Yeah! We should celebrate!" Baekhyun says happily. "What should we do?" Xiumin asks. "I think we should let Scarlett decide. She was the one who had to endure all of this." Tao suggests. "What do you want to do then Scarlett-ah?" Chanyeol asks me. "I want to watch a movie." I say without thinking.
"What movie do you want to watch?" Lay asks me. "What should we eat for the movie?" Kai asks himself. "Let's watch Titanic. We could eat popcorn and other small snacks throughout the movie." I suggest and they nod their heads.
"It's settled then! We're watching Titanic!" Baekhyun announces and everybody goes to sit on the couch.
Suho sits beside me and puts his arm around me.
"You did an amazing job, jagi. You're such a strong and brave women to have done what you did in the courtroom. Saranghae." Suho tells me. "Gomayo, oppa. You're such a supportive namja chingu. Nado saranghae." I say to him before the movie begins to start.
