Chapter 26: Anticipation

Scarlett's POV

I slowly start to open my eyes. This is the first time that I didn't have to be woken up by any of the members.

I roll over to check the time and I see that it's 7 in the morning. Oh, shoot! I have a meeting with Nam Gi-nim and there rest of my members! He didn't really say much about it but he said that it would be better if all of us were there and that none of us were late.

I quickly got up out of bed and walked to the bathroom to get ready for the day. After doing the necessities, I walked back into the room. Luckily, Kai is still asleep and his back is facing me.

I go into the closet and look for something to wear. I find a 'California Vibe' t-shirt and a pair of jeans. I put it on and look at myself in the mirror. I decide that I shouldn't have to wear make-up and put my hair in a messy bun.

After all of that is done, I quietly walk towards the kitchen to have a quick breakfast before I leave. I walk to the counter and I hear a creak, almost like someone is walking on the hardwood floor in the living room. I turn around and I see that Suho is standing there.

"Jagi, where are you going so early in the morning? We have the day off today." Suho says while rubbing his eyes. "I know, but I have to go meet with my manager and members. I'll come home after I'm done." I say with a smile and kiss him on the cheek.

"Let me drive you." He says to me. "Bwuh? Wae oppa?" I ask him confused. "I don't want to risk anything. It would kill me if I had to see you in pain and hurt like before." He replies and I nod my head. "Araso, oppa. You can drive me. Will you pick me up too?" I say using aegyo. "Only if you want me to." He says with a wink before walking out of the room.

Oh, why does my namja clingy have to be such a dork?!

~~Time skip~~

"What time do you want me to pick you up?" Suho asks me once we arrive at the SM building. "I'll text you when the meeting is over. Okay?" I say to him. He sighs and says, "Araso, jagi. Please be careful. Saranghae." "Nado, saranghae oppa." I say to him before I lean into him to give him a quick kiss on the lips. I get out of the car and start walking inside the building. I knew that if I were to stay there any longer, I would be late for the meeting.

~~Time skip~~

"Annyeonnghaseyo!" I say as I enter the room. I see that the rest of the members are there along with the manager.

"You made it, good!" Our manager says to me and I quickly walk over to where him and the others are at.

"So, what is this meeting about?" Haneul asks him. "It's information about your debut." He says with no emotion. I start to get really excited about this. It's only been 4 months since I've been a trainee and I'm already going to have the opportunity to debut. I also started to think about how long Suho and I have been dating. If I'm correct, we've been dating for about 7 months now.

"When will we debut?" Hana asks. "I'm not entirely sure but SM is already planning your promotional activities and the concept for your debut album. I know that your debut song will be titled 'He's mine'. I don't know any more than that." He tells us and I smile from the excitement.

"When will we start recording the song?" Munhee asks. "I think that'll be happening in a couple of weeks actually. I'm not too sure. I'll tell you more about it once SM tells me." Nam Gi-nim tells us. Huifang leans over to me and asks, "What do you think of the title of our debut song?" "I think it'll be upbeat, I doubt that they would make our debut song a slow song." I reply and she nods her head.

"I really hope that I'm right about our debut song being upbeat." I think to myself while listening to the others asking our manager more questions about our debut.

I can't wait to tell Suho about this! He's going to be so happy! XD

Well, I had a lot of free time today surprisingly so I thought that I should update a chapter for my story.

I wished that bae was Yesung but he lives halfway around the world and is twice as old as me 😩😫
