Scarlett's POV
Today, I'm going to go shopping for my wedding dress with Taeyeon. She wanted to do this with me and I want a girl to go with me. I bet I'm going to have a lot of fun doing this! Plus, she knows a good dress when she sees one.
My phone starts ringing and I answer it.
"Yoboseyo?" I say. "Yoboseyo, Scarlett-ah! I'm here already." Taeyeon unnie says to me. "Ara, I'll be out in a few. I just need to say goodbye to Suho." I say to her. "Araso, don't take too long!" She says before hanging up.
"Are you leaving, jagi?" Suho asks me. "Ne, mianhae but I am." I say to him. "It's okay, I just can't wait to see you walking down the aisle in a beautiful white wedding dress." He says to me while kissing my nose. "Gomayo Suho. I have to leave now; I don't want to keep her waiting." I say to him, not wanting to go but knowing I have to. "Alright, please be safe." He says while engulfing me in a hug. "Bye!" I say to him before walking out the door.
I walk up to Taeyeon unnie's car and get in the passenger seat.
"Took you long enough." She says jokingly. "Mianhae but he didn't want to let me go." I say while laughing. "Aww, you guys are so cute together! He's probably going to cry when he sees you walking down the aisle!" Taeyeon says and I can't help but laugh. She's probably right though. Suho is a big softie.
After 30 minutes of driving, we arrive at the shop where all the wedding dresses are at. There are so many! I never thought I would see a store with so many beautiful wedding dresses!
"C'mon you still have to try one on." Taeyeon says to me as we start walking into the store.
"Annyeonghaseyo! How may I help you?" A young woman says as we walk in. "Annyeonghaseyo! We're looking for a wedding dress for my friend, Scarlett." Taeyeon says to the woman.
"Ahh, I've heard about you. Congratulations by the way." The woman says to me. "Kamsahmnida." I say to her.
"Yes, we do have an issue though that we need to discuss and it needs to remain private." Taeyeon says to the woman. "Sure, what is it?" The woman asks. "She's 11 weeks right now. We want there to be enough material to leave some space for her stomach since she's going to have twins." Taeyeon explains to her.
"Ah, of course! I can do that for you! If you see one that you like, let me know so that j can have you try it on. I'll fix it if you need me to." She says to us and I smile. "Kamsahmnida!" I say while starting to walk around the shop.
Within a few minutes, I find the dress that I want.
It's a long strapless dress with a cute little design where my breath will be. It sounds weird to say that but I don't know how else to say it. On the design, there is a diamond.
"Unnie!" I yell. "Ne? Did you find one already?" She asks me. "Ne, I did! What do you think?" I ask her. "Omo, Scarlett! You would look gorgeous in that dress! Suho won't be able to keep his hands off of you if he sees you in that!" She says and I blush. "Gomayo unnie. I should let the lady know that I've already found a dress.
"May we have her try this dress on?" Taeyeon asks her. "Ne, of course. Right this way." The woman says to me and I follow her.
She helps me put on the dress. Once I'm done, she leads me towards Taeyeon.
"Oh, Scarlett! You're going to make a beautiful bride." Taeyeon says to me as she sheds a tear. "Ah unnie, gomayo! Uljima, jebal!" I say to her. "Mianhae but you just look so pretty!" She says with a laugh and I laugh along with her.
"How much does this cost?" I ask the lady. "It costs 275,500 won but I can cut the price in half for you." She says to me. "Ah, kamsahmnida!" I say to the woman. "No problem, dear." She says to me.
"How much would it be if you were to cut it in half?" Taeyeon asks. "It will be 137,750 won." She says. Taeyeon grabs her purse and hands the lady a credit card. "Please pay it with this." Taeyeon says to her. "I will do that." The lady says and does to the cashier to pay for the dress.
"Unnie, you didn't have to do that! Suho lent me his credit card to use." I say to her. "Don't worry about it. It's the least I can do for you. That's my wedding present for you." She says and I laugh. This is probably the most expensive wedding present she'll ever buy.
~~Time Skip~~
Taeyeon just dropped me off at my house. She'll be keeping the dress at the dorm. I don't want to take a risk of Suho seeing the dress.
I start to walk towards the front door and I unlock it.
"I'm home!" I yell as I take off my shoes.
"Welcome home, jagi. Did you pick out a dress?" Suho says to me. "Ne, I did. Wae?" I say to him. "Oh, well I didn't get an email from the bank saying that you used my card." He says to me. "Ah, Taeyeon unnie paid it for me. She said she wanted to do it for me and that it's her wedding present to me." I say with a laugh.
"Oh, that's nice of her. How much did it cost?" He asks me. "The original price was 275,500 but the lady cut it in half so it was 137,750." I tell him.
"Wow, that's a good deal! She sounds like a kind woman." Suho says and I agree with him.
"Now, all we have to worry about is the wedding." Suho says and invites me to the couch to watch a movie with him.
I can't believe that in a few weeks that I'm going to be marrying the man that I love. I can't wait to say those two words to him. It's going to be the best day of my life.
