Scarlett's POV
Just recently, our music video came out. Its already reached 10 million views within a week. I guess our debut was highly anticipated.
Right now, I'm on my way to MNET since we're going to debut on their stage. I'm extremely nervous. All of the EXO members have been trying to calm me down these past few days about my group's debut stage but I just can't help it.
Not only do I have to perform well, but I also have the responsibility as the leader to make sure that my whole group performs well. If not, we'll get scolded by our manager. This is going to be really stressful for me. I really hope that things work out!
"Are you okay, Scarlett?" Lay asks me. "Yeah, I'm just worrying about performing on stage." I reply nervously. "You'll be fine, I know you will. A little advice, when looking at the crowd, just look at their foreheads. They won't know if you're making direct eye contact with them. It helps me out a lot when I'm performing on stage." Lay says to me and I smile. "Gomayo Lay, I think I'm going to do just that." I say to him. "There you go!" He says to me and the car stops. I open the door and I look at the building.
"C'mon Scarlett, the debut isn't going to work by itself you know!" Lay days to me while making me follow him to the building.
~~Skip the wall to the building~~
As soon as I walk into my dressing room, the make-up artists rush over to me and start putting make-up on me. My hair has also been dyed within these past couple of days. I don't have blonde hair anymore. I have red hair now. It looks like Bom eonni's from the Can't Nobody music video.
After my make-up is done, I look for my other members. Their make is done too and it seems that they're putting on their clothes on for our debut stage. I go to my closet and grab the clothes that have been picked out for me. I would tell you what I'm wearing but it's just too much stuff to name. It'll give me a headache just naming everything that I have to put on.
Once I'm done changing, I meet up with my members again but this time, out manage is there too.
"Alright girls! Today is the day that you get to prove to ever body how good 5ES can perform. I know you're all nervous; everybody is on their debut stage. It's natural for you to feel that way. I've been with you guys throughout your training process and I think you'll do well on your performance. Just do what you have to do and do it well." Our manager says to us backstage.
The host is already calling our group's name after he says that. Our manager smiles at us and says, "Go get 'em girls!" Once he says that, we walk out onto the stage. And the music starts playing...
