Chapter 16: Conflicts within

Suho's POV

"Hyung! Scarlett-ah! We're home!" I hear multiple people yell. I open my eyes and I see the members start to enter the living room. I look next to me and I see that Scarlett is also starting to wake up.

"I'm guessing that everything went well?" Kai asks with a wink. "Did they know about this all along?" Scarlett asks me in her sleepy voice. "Yes babe, they did. Mianhae." I tell her while kissing her on the cheek. "It's fine." She says and starts to sit up. Her phone starts to go off.

Why is she getting a call so early in the morning?

Scarlett's POV

My phone starts to go off and I quickly answer it, not bothering to look at the caller ID.

"Yobeoseyo?" I say. "Hello Scarlett, are you doing okay?" I hear Kris ask me. Did he not come home with the others? "Ne, I'm doing fine. Are you okay though? You don't sound too good." I ask him. "There are some things going on right now. You don't need to worry about Luhan and I. You just need to know that we'll be okay and we'll make sure to take care of ourselves." He says to me. "What are you talking about? Is he with you too?!" I ask starting to get a little confused.

"Scarlett-ah, please take care of the other members for us. Look after our leader well. I really hope that you and the other members live a happy life. Kris and I are going to miss you and everybody else a lot. Don't worry about us. You'll know about everything soon. Just promise Kris and I a few things?" Luhan says into the phone. I can't help but to start to cry from what they're telling me.

"Ne?" I ask him. "One, don't break Suho's heart. You two are an amazing couple together and you deserve each other's happiness. Two, be successful in whatever job you choose on pursuing. And three, make sure that none of the other members leave. Can you do all of that for us?" Luhan says to me and I do my best to wipe my tears.

"Ne, I'll make sure not to break any of those promises. Please be safe and take care of yourselves. I'm going to miss you. We're going to miss you." I tell them. "Thank you Scarlett. We'll miss you and everybody else too. We have to go now. Annyeong." Kris says and hangs up the phone. Once he does that, the crying only gets worse.

"Scarlett? Who was that? What was all of that about? Were those your friends?" The members start to question me and I continue to cry, not being able to speak. I walk up to Suho and cry into his chest.

"They're gone. I can't believe this. How can they do this?!" I sob into his chest. "Who's gone, Scarlett? You need to tell us." Suho says while wiping my tears.

"Why are Kris and Luhan calling me saying that they're leaving and that they're going to miss us?" I ask him while looking into his eyes. "What are you talking about? They're probably joking." Chanyeol says, doing his best to smile.

I shake my head at his answer and lower my head. "They said that they'll miss you guys." I say. I look up to see Kai, Sehun and Tao starting to cry. "Where are they, Scarlett?" Kai asks, trying to stay strong. "Molla, they didn't tell me and I didn't think about asking that. Whatever is going on with them, it's probably personal." I say to him. Kai continues to cry and walks away.

One by one, all the members start to cry except for one. Suho isn't crying. He's making sure that everybody is okay and even handing them tissues. I walk up behind him and wrap my arms around him.

"You don't have to be strong right now. Even if you're the leader, it's okay to cry. We're all crying right now. We're here for you, I'm here for you." I tell Suho and he turns around. I can see that his eyes are swollen and red. A test rolls down his cheek and he pulls me into a hug.

"Why? All I want to know is why." He says while sobbing onto my shoulder I start to cry a little more.

Kris, Luhan...I really hope that you'll come back soon. I don't know if the members will ever be able to recover. I will do my best to keep you're promises I'll do anything for you guys. Be happy...for me, for all of us.

Sorry, I know it's been a long time since I last updated this story.
When I was writing this chapter, I had to stop in the middle of it because of how bad I was crying.
I would like to apologize if this caused anybody to cry.
I really do miss Kris and Luhan. Kris is and will always be my favorite member from EXO.
I'll do my best to update more often but school is getting really tough for me.
