MEI AIHARA'S POINT OF VIEW

CHAPTER 21

- I, Yuzu Aihara, am not mistaken that, my romance level has risen. Whenever Mei wants to express her true feelings, she will always draw back and bury them deep in her heart. That's why during the rare moments when she shows her true self, its better if I go out, and connect our feelings!

Yuzu declares to herself while contemplating on the sudden interruption of her making out with Mei.

Meanwhile, at the hot spring, Yuzu is together with Harumi, Matsuri and Nene...

"Hey, Yuzucchi, is it okay if we gather in your room tonight? The main event of a trip is the night right?" Harumin asks with anticipation.

YUZU POV

- This is bad, this can only mean its going to be an all nighter! I do want to have a little fun with everyone too though. One kiss a day...

"Its probably okay. I'll ask Mei when I go back." Yuzu answered hesitantly.

"Matsuri just has to throw a tantrum. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't be here." Harumin teasing and mocking Matsuri at the same time.

"If it wasn't for Matsuri's invitation, I would have never thought of taking a trip with everyone during summer break. Thank you, Matsuri. I'm extremely happy", Yuzu exclaimed with gladness.

"Its not like I wanted to go a trip with everyone. As long as Yuzu is happy...", Matsuri said while extremely blushing.

"Well then Yuzu, please talk to the President regarding tonight's event.", Harumi reminded Yuz. "Okay." Yuzu replied as she went back to her room after taking a bath.

YUZU POV

- I was about to kiss Mei earlier but we got interrupted... And now I'm getting too conscious about it.. Mei is as excited as I am about this trip. So she would probably be disappointed about getting together with the other girls... In that case, while playing with Harumi and the rest, I'll look for a chance to kiss her!... that sorta fantasy... I don't think I can do it... (sigh)

MEI POV

- Yuzu is taking too long, I should really take a bath now...

"Mei, the bathroom is empty now."

Yuzu and Mei clashed while opening the door at the same time. So with all awkwardness...

"You should at least knock the door."

"S-sorry... Ah... wait a minute Mei, I was talking to Harumi and the others just now at the bath. They want to come over to out room tonight, to hang out and talk, is it okay?"

"Okay understood". Mei answered and went to the bath house.

MEI POV

- Sigh... so no alone time again Yuzu... oh well, as long as you're happy... but how about your one kiss a day?... what will you do about it.. it is your idea... I wonder... (naughty smile)

YUZU POV

- since I was the one who said I want to do more couple-like things with her.. I'll have to do something about it...

At the hot spring with Mei, Mitsuko, Maruta, Shiraho and Himeko...

"Are you alright Mei-mei? You let out a long sigh just now." Himeko asked Mei worriedly.

"Its just a sigh, you should let it go Momokino. Compared to other students at her age, Aihara has a lot more things to be responsible for." Mitsuko butt in the conversation, and continues, "So Aihara, how are things going, with the responses for voting to change the school rules?"

"Not much was going on at the moment" Mei answered with a neutral tone.

"Hehehe, since Micchan really likes Yuzu-san, I guess that is why you seem more comfortable now with school life. I've mentioned it before, but also, the fact that you're here with us on a trip, it is really all thanks to Yuzu-san's effort." Maruta playfully teases Mitsuko.

Maruta continues, "I was really worried how things would turn out at the beginning. But thanks to the President's decision, Yuzu-san is now able to enjoy school life to the fullest. Things seem to be going so well now. Ever since she transferred here, our school's atmosphere has became brighter as ever. Furthermore, President has become more adorable and cuter these days to." This statement made Mei blush and made Himeko worried. These reactions did not escape Shiraho's keen observation.

MEI POV

- I think that is true Maruta-Senpai, I became cute- ... I mean, the school atmosphere has became more enjoyable when Yuzu came... (sigh) ... well... that's Yuzu for us... still... how can I get her alone tonight... hmmm...

At Yuzu and Mei's room...

YUZU POV

- what should I do in order to kiss her?... Ah damnit.. I can't think of anything if I'm here.. I'll go for a walk!

Yuzu found herself at the dining area and decided to help the Manager in  cleaning the room. The Manager praise Yuzu's efforts and confidence in conveying her feelings and most of all giving her ring to the person she loves.

After a while, Himeko came and wanted to talk with Yuzu in private about Mei, because Himeko can't brush off the feeling of what is really troubling Mei, but was interrupted by Harumi who also wanted to help out with the cleaning. Himeko and Yuzu both agree that its probably better to schedule for another time since they are all relaxing during the trip.

Its time for the pillow fights! Yuzu, Harumi, Matsuri and Nene were all playing cards with punishment, while Mei just sits on the side of the bed and reads her book.

YUZU POV

- In the end I still couldn't think of any ways to kiss her!

Yuzu is constantly throwing glances at Mei while playing with her friends.

MEI POV

- Sigh... so noisy.. so annoying... now you're looking at me like that.. this is what you like right, Yuzu... until when are we going to stay like this...

As Yuzu noticed that her friends were already asleep, she invited Mei, "Hey Mei, there's no space to sleep so... lets look for an empty room shall we?"

MEI POV

- about time Yuzu... just about time...
