This is my idea of what happened before Mei write her letter of goodbye to Yuzu.

"I'm home. Yuzu?"
Mei was welcomed with a dark and empty living room of the apartment. Their mother is rendering overtime at work and might come early morning the next day.
Mei slowly opened the door to their bedroom, she could hear the music played from the speaker of Yuzu's phone.
MEI POV
- sigh... she must be too tired from studying... might as well put her in bed.
After taking her bath, Mei slowly carry Yuzu and put her into bed, a familiar song played from Yuzu's playlist.

As Mei lay Yuzu down the bed, she slowly brushed off little strands of hair in Yuzu's face. And gently caress Yuzu's cheeks.
MEI POV
- Yuzu.. you are the most beautiful being I set my eyes upon.. your angelic face and bright smile always put me in awe... staring at your eyes always captivate my heart... I love you so much that it hurts like hell thinking of leaving you...
Without Mei realising it, she is already giving Yuzu her sweetest and gentle kiss on the lips. Mei felt Yuzu stirred from her sleep, Mei slowly pull back and stared lovingly at Yuzu.
"Hmm.. Mei?"
Mei did not say a word. She lean in and continue to give Yuzu hot and passionate kisses. Yuzu returns Mei's kisses and wrapped her arms around her neck.
"Yuzu..."
"... Mei"
Mei slowly slide her tongue to Yuzu's neck then through her throat..
"Gasp!..Mei.. hmmm.."
Yuzu runs her fingers to Mei's back and remove Mei's shirt. Mei stands and on her knees and helps Yuzu remove her shirt.
Mei slowly remove Yuzu's underpants then remove hers. Both of them are staring lovingly at each others naked body. Both can feel the burning desire increasing from their core.
"Mei...?"
"Yuzu.. you are so beautiful..."
Mei clashed their lips again with rough and passionate kisses. They both wanted to express their longingness for each other's touch.
Yuzu grabbed Mei's shoulders and turn her over. Making Yuzu on top.
"I can't hold back anymore Mei.."
"Make love with me, Yuzu"
With Mei's words, Yuzu lick Mei's ear and nibble it gently as her other hand slides slowly down on Mei's genitals, she gently run her finger, and rubbing it, which made Mei moan and slightly bend her back.

Yuzu make her way down Mei's body. She began caressing Mei's breast gently, while sucking Mei's stiffed nipple and gently rubbing Mei's clits.
