"Jack, slow down!" I groaned then he sighed and turned to me, watching me as I caught up to him.

"Not all of us are super-soldiers!" I argued and he snorted.

"You're just slow-"

"You're too fast!" I said and he shook his head, but we kept moving and got to the abandoned warehouse before the sun rose.

"So, you ever gonna return to Overwatch?" I asked as I tinkered with the old clock on my pallet of blankets and he sighed as he cleaned his gun.

"Are you ever going to put down the tools, Wrench?" He asked and I shrugged.

"No-"

"So there's your answer. Besides, Overwatch is dead." He said and I looked at him as he cleaned his guns.

"The ex-members are being hunted down and arrested, there's no point to return to the place that's gone." He said and I nodded.

"Makes sense." I said then smiled as the clock began ticking.

"I miss it." I heard and looked up at Jack, seeing him staring at his jacket that still had the Overwatch symbols on it.

"I-I never thought about it, but I miss McCree's stupid jokes and Winston yelling for messing with his experiments. I miss Mercy warning us about safety and Lena bouncing around all the time. I miss Reinhardt's heavy steps and his loud laughter. Back then, it all gave me a headache, but now-"

"You'd do anything for one of those headaches again." I whispered and he looked at me then nodded.

"I-I must be going soft-"

"No, Jack, you're just human." I said and he snorted.

"Yeah, human." He whispered and shook his head.

"Try to sleep, Wrench, I'll keep guard." I nodded then set my tools down, laying on my blankets and sleeping.

"ARGH!" I shot up then turned to Jack, seeing him fuming.

"Jack?! What's wrong?!" I asked and stood, going towards him.

"Winston is an insufferable idiot!" He yelled and I looked at the table then saw Jack's Overwatch badge. I went to it and lifted it, seeing a holo-message of a recall to Watchpoint Gibraltar.

"Oh god!" I whispered and looked at Jack.

"Are you going?!" I asked, but he shook his head.

"If I go-"

"Your team is going, Jack, so go meet them!" I said and he eyed me.

"Wrench, I left-"

"And now you have a chance at that headache one more time! I've been with you for three years now, I know you so well, I know you really do miss them and now there's a chance for you to see them again!" I argued then he shook his head.

"We're half-way around the world, we'll never reach there in-"

"Not unless we move now-"

"We have to cross an ocean, get to the island-"

"And we can." I said and he sighed, running a hand through his hair.

"Wrench, please, talk me out of this-"

"Not a chance in hell." I smirked and he shook his head.

"God, you're worse than Lena and McCree together. Let's get packed up then." He said and I grinned as I helped pack so we could get to the Watchpoint.

"Thanks." I told the vendor as I took the fruit and went towards where Jack was hiding.

"Here." He took the apple and bit into it, eyeing the busy streets.

"So, how do you suggest we get to Gibraltar?" He asked and I smiled.

"Follow me." He huffed and pulled his hood up then did as said, following me to the docks.

"The fishing boat, it's being fueled and prepped for a long trip. We take that as close as we can get to Gibraltar and go from there." I said and he shook his head.

"Hijack a boat?"

"We've done worse, Jack." I said and he laughed.

"Good point." He whispered and I smirked as we found somewhere to hide out until dark, when the fishermen would leave to rest for the night.

"Jack." I whispered, shaking his leg to wake him, and he immediately woke up.

"Come on, dock is empty." I said and he nodded, getting up and getting his things.

"Wrench." I looked at Jack then he softly smiled his rare smile.

"Thank you for convincing me." He said and I nodded, going to the boat. Of course, the keys were left in the ignition. I rolled my eyes then turned the boat on as Jack got us untied from the dock so we could leave.

"All clear!" He said and I put the boat into gear, taking off from the dock and driving north west.

"Are we really doing this?" Jack asked as he stood next to me and I nodded.

"We are, Jack, no going back." I said and he nodded.

"I-I haven't responded to the recall, to let them know I'm coming." Jack said and I looked up to see the great Jack Morrison was actually nervous.

"It's okay, they'll be happy to have you there." I said and he nodded.

"I-I actually can't wait to be there." He said and I smiled.

"I'm sure they're hoping you show-"

"They thought I was dead." He said and I nodded.

"Then surprise, bitches." I said and he laughed, making me giggle.

"I suppose so!" He laughed and I grinned as he settled for the night and I kept driving.

"The recall went out to all live badges, and his is still live." Winston said then I glared.

"Do we know if it is in his hand?" I asked, but Winston shook his head.

"All we know is the message was opened." He said and Angela took a deep breath.

"We will hope it is in good hands then-"

"Jack is dead, who has his badge?" Reinhardt asked, but I had a bad feeling in my gut. Like the world was going to change for all of us whenever that person holding Commander's badge got here.

"I just hope it isn't someone after us." McCree said and crossed his arms.

"We will find out when they get here." Echo said and I nodded, eyeing the map that showed the exact location of Commander Morrison's badge, which was on a direct route straight to us.
