Chapter 14: Ready?

~the next day~

Indo's POV

"Hurry up and let's go!" I hurriedly said.

"Why are we even going?" Malay asked.

"Of course, she was entrusted to us. And we need to ensure her safety." I proudly said.

We arrived in front of Phili's dorm and we met North.

"Oh. You guys are here again." North said while looking at his phone.

"Yep. Do you want to come?" I asked.

"I can't I have to go somewhere." he said.

"This early?! It's way too early to go somewhere." I said.

"Yeah. I need to go now so I can go back here early." he coldly said.

"What? You're back on being unfriendly again?" I stubbornly said.

"We are not his friends in the place...you know." Malay disappointedly said.

"What? You wanna be my friends or something?" North sarcastically said.

"Is that an invitation?" Malay and I said in unison.

He just looked at us with a 'are you serious' face and said, "Are you serious? My only friends are Martial, Phili, and their family, Russia, and lastly, my frenemy twin brother. And that's all."

"And there's also us." we said.

"Whatever. I don't really care." he said.

Phili's POV

"Oh you two are here. Want to eat first? I made some breakfast." I said as I offered them some food.

"Sure, it looks nice." they said.

After we ate, I proceeded to my room and prepared myself for later. I worn my dress and the gift that my mother gave to me back when I was a child. She said that I should wear that necklace she gave to me in special occasions. Well, I guess this is the right time.

After preparing, I went back to the living room and my friends are still there. We chatted for a while, and a few minutes later, someone knocked on the door.

I went to open the door. And saw kuya Ruski, all dressed up.

"Sunshine, you ready?" he said to me with a smile.
