"Y/n, Y/n, wake up please. you need to wake up." Leah was yelling at you but it wasn't reaching you.

"What do we do?" Leah asked Marnie.

"We need to bring her to the hospital. Keep her breathing, and watch her pulse." Marine was practicing to be a doctor.

She was in her final year of college, top of her class.

You often heard Leah helping her memorize stuff for her tests. They were pretty crazy things, you had no idea any of them, but she answered every single one right, or it seemed like it was right, you had no idea.

"Can we get some help over here!" Marnie called to the teenage girl, twiddling her thumbs behind the counter where you check out skates.

She had jet black hair, a black shirt "Let's summon demons" in red, gooey text with a black and white striped shirt underneath.

"What?" she asked putting her hands on her hips and popping her bubblegum bubble as she walked over to the scene you caused not even knowing.

"My Friend here, Y/N, she fainted."

"Ok and?" she asked.

Suddenly a man walked out of the door behind the counter she was at a minute ago.

He had loafers on, a bit of a beer belly being covered by a blue button-up and a pair cargo shorts. His hair was slicked back but messy.

"Oliva, this is strick two, if you harras another skater again, you're fired." the man said reaching the scene.

You could faintly hear the voices. You weren't sure if they were real or in your head.

"Ugh, whatever." Olivia turned on her heel and walked away.

You saw the dark figure walk away. You blinked your eyes rapidly to clear up your image, but it wouldn't. It remained blurry. You believed Leah recognized you awake.

"Y/N?"

"Mhmm yeah," you say rubbing your sore head.

It hurt to open your eyes so you kept them close.

"Ok ok, shoe." you heard the man say and many people skating off, at least every person on the rink.

You gently tapped your finger on the floor rapidly.

"How do you feel?" Marnie asked coming back over after calling 911.

"Well I can't see anything clearly, my eyes are burning, my head is in immense pain, so I would say pretty bad."

"Can you open your eyes for me?" Marnie asked.

You gently opened one eye, squinting. You opened the other. It burned as if the air was filled with chemicals. You closed them.

"Sorry doc," you say rubbing them. "Don't-don't rub them."

"Right sorry," you say and put your hands to your side.

"Try and sit up for me," she asks walking behind you.

You start to come up, her hand goes to your back and helps.

Leah unlaces your skates and pulls them off. Your feet finally breathed for the first time in two hours.

You nod your head in a thank you.

"Inhale for me," Marnie asks her hand on your mid-back and your chest.

You inhale, it feels just like every other breath you've ever taken.

"Well, that's good," Marnie mutters.

You hear the sirens from a distance. Was that your hearing or were they far away from dealing with another accident.

Cat stuck in a tree, suicide, murder.

Your accident seemed so small to the possibilities.

Wait, they were getting closer and closer until two women burst through the doors.

"I heard there was an accident."
