Chapter 8-Description of 'Satisfying'

I walked into the study."What was-"I had to cut him off."Just shut up for a minute!"I got down on the ground and rested my back to the wall.My hands,my throat...Oh,shit!

"Fuck!"I threw my head back and hit my head to the wall a few times."The fuck are you doing?!""That motherfucker stabbed me!"I took a deep breath and took out the knife.

"Argh!That fucking hurt!"I sighed."There is bandages in the cabinet.""A bandage won't keep you alive,Nox!"I rolled my eyes.

"No shit,Calder!There is a needle and a roll of threads in the bedroom closet."Calder left the study to get the needle and the threads.However,I didn't make it until then.

By the time I got back,it seemed too late.She had passed out and she was caughing on her own blood,coming out of her mouth like a waterfall.

"Fuck!Fuck!Fuck!Fuck!Fuck!"I got her upstairs to the bedroom.I tried and did everything I knew to keep her alive.

Later on,I told Jefferson,Rudy and Hook so they could keep everything under control while I sit here.

I got the blood off of her.I wrapped her up.But...I don't know if she will live and I don't like this.I hate this,actually.

Now,I was covered in her blood.There is something definitely wrong with me.Why am I saving someone I hate?Someone who has been nothing but a pain in the ass?

"Calder?"I got out of my head and let Jefferson in."How is she doing?""How is she doing,Jefferson?!How do you fucking think?!"He scoffed.

"Relax,Calder."He sighed."I got rid of the body.Every ship at the shore left and we are on the clear.But,you should know something.If she killed that guy,she tore out his heart."

"I don't care how she killed him.What about the ships from England?""Nothing yet."I groaned."How fucking hard could it fucking be to get a 10 year old and leave?!"

"You saw the family and we all saw Nathan.They will come here with Willow.But,Calder,you need to tell Nox about this plan of yours.Why didn't you tell her yet,really?"

"That is my business to mind,Jefferson.Mind your own and leave."Jefferson left the room and eventually,I fell asleep waiting for Nox to wake up.

What the hell?Where the hell-I'm at my parents' bedroom.I tried waking up as I wanted to leave the room.Too many memories and I don't like being in here.But it hurt!

"Argh!Son of a bitch!That fucking hurt!"I liad back down."Wait!What?!"My head snapped at Calder."Oh my...Am I in hell?!Is this what my hell looks like?!Being stuck with you?!"

He rolled his eyes."A thank you would have been nice for saving your life."He saved my life?!Yeah...no.

"Why would you fucking do that?You hate me and you wanted me dead once,I was going to die and this was your chance.Remember?"

"I do remember.But I also remember deciding that you and Willow were useful to me.""You called him Willow."It caught me off guard because I never heard him call him Willow.

"Fuck off,Nox.I hate you,not Willow."I sighed."Look,I'm a bitch.But I know how to show gratitude if one deserves it.Let's consider it all even."

"Even?You fucking owe me.""No.We're even.You killed my entire crew,my family!"But yelling hurt."You killed my captain too.You,also,almost killed Willow.Now,you saved my life.Even."

Jefferson ran inside the room."They're here."Calder smirked."I think you still owe me,Nox."Calder called in Rudy and left him to guard me as he left.

"Rudy,I need to get out of here.""Nox,you almost fucking died and you can't even stand on your own feet.How about that?"I scoffed."Tell me something I don't know,Rudy."

I shook my head."I just want to get out of  here.It's too much!Alright?!"I yelled and my wound hurt!"Ugh!That hurt even more than before!""See my point?!"I shook my head.

"It's just too much,Rudy.I just want to be out of this room!"Rudy calmed down and sat next to me on the bed."Nox?What is it with this room?""Anywhere but here,Rudy."He nodded.

"Alright,fine!Give me a few minutes."I nodded."Thank you,Rudy."Rudy snuck me upstairs,where the rudder is.I sat down on the ground with Rudy and rested my back to the railings.

"I'm going to ask you why but you will warn me.""You know I will,Rudy.Why do you even bother?"Then Calder showed up."Why the fuck are you two here?!"

It was clear,he did not expect to see anyone here."I asked Rudy to take me out of the room.""And I ordered him to keep you in there!"

"I am batshit scared of both of you,equally!She didn't want to stay there and in that moment,she was closer than you to kill me,Calder."

I raised my hand."Rudy?"He got up and helped me stand up too."Calder,what or who pissed you off?Because,this is not how you react when I piss you off.Don't take it out on me if it ain't me."

"Rudy,leave."Rudy left and I got my hand on the railings to keep standing up."You need to sit down,Nox.""No,I don't."He scoffed."If I sit down,will you sit down too?"I shook my head.

"Fucking sit down,Nox!""I said no,Calder!Fuck off!"He forcefully made me sit down without hurting me further.It was an unexpected move,to be honest.

He sat down in front of me."I'm going to tell you something and you need to keep calm.Alright?""I'm not promising you shit!Just answwer the damn question."

"Willow is back.But I doubt that you would want him to see you like this."I chuckled."Wait,really?"He nodded."But it's a who that pissed me off."

"Willow is back?"He nodded again."I told you I would get him back,didn't I?"I nodded."Where is he?How did it happen?!"He took a deep subtle breath.

"I left half of the crew back in England for the goods we were stealing.Willow knew about the plan and the shore we were escaping from.And when they got him as we ran,Hook left."

"He went to alarm the rest of the crew to not come back without Willow.So,they got Willow and came back with him."

"So,that is why you weren't worried to say the least when I lost my fucking mind,Calder!Why didn't you tell me before?!You bastard!You sick bastard!"

"I hate you and it's really satisfying to make you angry and torture you in the process.Just like this!It's really,really satisfying."

"My description of satisfying is the feeling you get when a person's heart beats inside your palm right before you tore it out of them with your bare hands.Watch the light leave their eyes..."

I nodded."So,yeah.Fuck off,Calder.I fucking hate you.""So you want Willow to see you like this or not?"I shook my head."No."I sighed as he got cockier."Then,you're coming with me."
