Jess
It's a Saturday today, everyone is off of work. Well, ty and I are. Ben quit his job without telling anyone. James said he'd try and be here today.
Ava came downstairs, "Morning Jess".
"Hey, morning," I handed her breakfast, "Sit and eat".
"Thanks" Ava smiled as she sat down.
"The boys up?" I asked.
Ava shrugged, "I heard Ben and Ty talking upstairs".
I smiled.
"It's been nice having everyone alright again" Ava added.
I nodded, "I wanna cry every time".
Ava laughed a little.
I went upstairs and knocked on the boys bedroom door, "Y'all want breakfast?".
Ben opened the door, "What?".
"Breakfast is ready".
Ben took the cigarette out of his mouth, "I'll be down in a minute. Make sure Juli is up?".
"Why?" I got concerned.
"Gonna take him out for some brother time. We talked about it last night".
I smiled, "Good. I told you no smoking in the house, multiple time".
Ben smirked, put the cigarette back in his mouth, then closed the door.
I went and knocked on the closet door, "Juli, boys want to know if you're ready to go".
Juli opened the door, "Of course I'm ready".
I smirked, "Okay, go eat breakfast".
The two of us went downstairs, Juli went to the table to eat. Ty and Ben came downstairs soon after.
"Do you guys want food?" I asked.
"Sure" Ty came over.
I handed him a plate, then handed Ben one. I cleaned up everything as the kids ate.
"So, what're you boys doing today?" I asked.
Juli smirked.
"We're going to the park, boy things" Ben looked at me.
"Somehow, I don't believe you".
Ty laughed a little.
I sighed, "Just don't get into any trouble. Okay? That's all I ask".
"We won't" Juli smiled at me.
I finished cleaning.
James walked into the house, "Morning guys".
"Morning James" Ava looked over at James.
James kissed me, "What're we doing today?".
"The boys are going out today," I took a second, "It's just you, me and Ava".
"Why don't we go get a toy for Ava?" James asked.
I smirked, "That sounds good".
"Ready to go?" Ben got up.
Juli and Ty got up too. The three boys went to the door, got their shoes on.
"Be good!" I called out.
"I will!" Juli responded as the three boys left.
