Jess

I woke up and sat in bed for a little bit. I listened to the birds chirp outside the window. It was nice and peaceful, until I smelt breakfast being made.

I went downstairs and found Ty cooking.

"Whatre you doing up?" I asked.

Ty looked at me, "Cooking, thought I would help out".

I sighed, "We don't need that much food".

He looked around at all the food, he didn't answer. He had made toast for at least 8 people, and a plate of eggs for a family of 10.

"What're you doing?" I stopped him from putting another egg in the pan.

Ty didn't answer.

"Ty?".

He pulled out a smoke and went outside the front door. I took a deep breath, then started cleaning up.

Ava came downstairs ready for the day, "Who made all the food?".

"Ty," I took a second, "He's been acting really weird the last couple weeks".

Ava nodded, "He won't get help?".

"No, he doesn't believe he has BPD".

"Well, hopefully my plan for today will help out" Ava smiled as she grabbed a plate.

I got concerned, "Please don't tell me it requires illegal activity".

"It may," She smirked, "I'm gonna get a pool. It's been so hot, I'm done with it. I wanna be able to relax in a pool".

I sighed, "Do you need money?".

"No, I think I have enough for the basics".

I smiled, "Good, okay".

"I asked Ty to help me out. He said he would, I'm gonna go talk to him".

I nodded.

Ava went outside.

Ava

"Hey, you still helping me today?" I sat beside Ty.

"Yeah. I can, or I'll try".

I got concerned, "Are you feeling okay?".

"I'm trying to distract myself from slipping".

I took a second, "What does that mean?".

"I'll leave it at sad," Ty looked at me, "Where do we need to go?".

"Walmart".

Ty nodded, "Okay, I'll go get ready".

Tyler got up and went inside. I waited by the front door for Ty, hoping this would help him out. Ty seems to be becoming more unstable recently.

He doesn't talk to me much about it, less than Jess. Jess doesn't tell me much either. I am just as worried as everyone else.

Two nights ago he thought he wasn't real. Like he didn't exist, it was really freaky. His mood swings have gotten more and more severe.

Jess looked at all the food Ty had made, "Jesus Christ".

"What?" I asked.

Jess sighed, "I don't know. Just worried about your brother I guess, wasting all this food nobody is gonna eat".

"I'll have some more for lunch".

"I will too, might even be alright for tomorrow".

It was quiet for a minute.
