Ty
Today, I woke up in a park in the forest having no clue how I got there. I walked around, dazed and stumbling around.
There was a guy walking down the trail.
"What city am I in?" I asked him.
The guy looked confused, "You don't know where you are?".
"No, I don't. I'm from Detroit".
"You're in Allentown, PA. What's your name?".
"Thanks" I started walking away.
"Dude, you need to go to a hospital".
"You're sick in the fucking head!".
"No I don't" I kept walking.
The guy caught up to me, "You don't know how you got here, or where you were. You might've hit your head or something!".
"You need help before you actually kill yourself".
I glared, "Leave me the fuck alone".
The guy stopped, I kept walking. I didn't remember the last couple days. I didn't really know how long I was gone or what led to this. I remember having a breakdown in high school nobody really know about, turns out I had mentally blacked out for two days. Celeste had informed me.
I found two one dollar bills in my pocket, I tried to go find the pay phone. I managed to make my way out of the forest.
Then finally found a pay phone beside I laundromat. It rung, and I waited.
"Hello?" Aaron answered, "Who the fuck is this?".
"Ty, it's ty".
Aaron took a second, "Oh my god, Ty. You have any idea how fucking worried I've been?".
"Can you please come get me? I'm scared. I don't remember anything. All I remember is going to the party and I woke up here".
"The was four days ago. Where are you? I'm coming to get you".
"Allentown PA".
"You're in Pennsylvania?" He asked.
"Please come get me?".
"Yeah, where you at?".
"Pattys Laundromat".
"Okay," Aaron took a second, "I'm on my way".
He hung up. I sat on the bench beside the pay phone and waited.
Ben
I sat in my bed reading a book and waited for them to open the doors.
A nurse came in, "I have your pills, then you're allowed out. You've got one more meeting with Dr Saye and you'll be discharged".
"Perfect".
The nurse handed me my pills, I took them. I more just hid them under my tongue. She checked and made sure I didn't do that. I flipped them around and made sure she didn't see them. The nurse told me I could go whenever I was ready.
She left, and I flushed the pills.
I then made my way over to Dr Saye's office. I knocked on the door.
"Come in Benjamin".
I opened the door, "You can call me Ben".
"Well, Ben, take a seat".
I sat down.
"So, I have registered your diagnosis. Alright? I got a prescription for you here" Dr Saye handed me a piece of paper.
