The Big Move

That morning we quickly packed and were soon on the road. Me and Lily sitting together in the back. 

"So, how are you're friends going to move with us?" I asked, turning to her. 

She smiled wide and pointed behind the car. "They should be riding together behind us i believe. They'll meet us at our house, and you and I are going to stay with my parents to help out with setting up the new building for their business." She grabbed her phone and put in her earbuds. Offering me one, i agreed. And the rest of that trip we both jammed to her music.

Time skip-

"My god, we're finally here!" Me and Lily shouted in unison, as we stretched outside of the car.

"Now kids, it's time to unload." Her father said. We both groaned and went to work. Going back and forth unloading everything. 

After about an hour we were done. Unloading, we decided to unpack later. Though Lily and i started unpacking some blankets and setting up her bed. Later that day we just hung out on her bed while her parents went out.

I jumped to face her. "Sooo, when are we going to see your friends?" I asked. 

She just laughed. "You must be really excited Y/n!" I just stared, waiting for an answer. And that just made her laugh harder. "If you'd like, I can see about having them come over tomorrow and we can all just bust out that building." Satisfied, I dropped the subject.

"Well. What are you're parents going to call it?"

"I think there calling it, Friday Night Funkin. Since they are only open Friday nights."

"That's a cool name." We stayed quite for a bit after that. "Well, call them." I said. She just looked confused. I sighed. "Call you're friends, ask if there free tomorrow." She slowly nodded and pulled her phone back out.

After a minute I heard the phone ring, I leaned over and put it on speaker. She playfully slapped my hand away but left it on speaker.

"Yo." I heard a high pitched man.

"Hey Keith! Are you guys at the house yet?" 

"Yeah, Pico just decided to sleep so it's just me. How are you guys? Is you're friend doing okay?" I blushed and she smiled at me.

"Yep, all good here. So, we were wondering if you guys would like to help us with the new building my parents are having us set up. I know Pico can help with the stereo and lights." She started twirling her hair and looking down. I just chuckled quietly.

"I'm sure that's not a problem, we'll see you tomorrow. Love ya." I widened my eyes and stared at her in disbelief. 

"Love you to, night." She didn't wait for a response and hung up. 

"The hell was that?" I laughed. Lily stuffed her face in a pillow. 

I crawled over to her and plopped next to her, leaning onto her. She just giggled all girly like and tried to shove me off. "Lily has a boyfriend, Lily has a boyfriend~" I teased.

"Stop, stop." She had to stop for air, only to continue laughing. I gave her a second. "Okay, I have a boyfriend, I was going to tell you when you met him." I lightly punched her shoulder. 

"Well, now I'm even more excited to meet him, and you're other little friend." I laughed. "I will judge him thoroughly!" I jokingly yelled. 

Lily shot up from the bed and crossed her arms at me, not being able to hold back a smile. "You know what! I'm calling again, let's go out and get fucked!" She shouted. I dead panned her. "Ugh, just joking." She laughed. I got up as well, following her to our clothes box. "Get dressed, Be careful though, it's kind of cold. I'll go call." She smiled and ran off.

"That girl is crazy." I laughed.
