The Big Surprise

"Here let me help with that." I looked next to me to see Tankman come over. I scooted over as he knelt down next to me, looking at the panel and fixing some wires. "So, I heard you're with Pico." He stated.

I blushed a little bit. "Oh no, were just friends." I chuckled nervously. Making him eye me slightly.

Just ignoring that whole topic, he pointed out my mistakes on the wires and taught me the correct way. Afterwords we all backed up from the stage to admire our handwork.

"Now to test it!" Senpai smiled wide. Handing me the remote then going back to his spot.

I looked at everyone, smiling widely and looked back at the remote. "Alright lets see." I pushed the button labeled 'Daddy Dearest' Senpai and I thought of it. Holding my breath, we watched the stage turn clockwise into the original stage we made in the beginning.

We all gasped in excitement, then I pressed 'Mommy Mearest'. The stage turned into what looked like a highway, driving through a sunset.

"It works!" Skid and Pump cheered loudly. We all looked at each other and laughed happily, complimenting our hard work.

We all calmed down and put the stage on the original design and walked outside. I called Lily with the news.

Lily's POV-

Pico, Keith, my parents and I were laughing together at the park with our drinks in hand.

I felt a buzzing in my jacket, looking at the caller it was Y/n. "Oh, hold on guys." I excused myself and answered my phone.

"Hello?" I perked.

"Lily! It works!" I could hear laughing in the background, making me chuckle. "Were ready for you guys to come over now." I hummed in agreement.

"Okay, be right there." I quickly hung up and walked over to the table.

"Who was that dear?" My mother leaned on her hand.

"It was Y/n-" I started.

"Is she okay?" Pico blurted. I laughed and nodded.

"Yeah she's fine, just needs help at the building. She got a head start." Everyone looked towards each other and stood up, Keith smiling at me. Know full well whats going to happen. Then we hopped in the car and headed over.

Y/n POV-

I had everyone hide behind the many rows of chairs with the lights off while we waited.

Hearing a car pull in the driveway, we all hushed each other. Peering over my chair, I turned on the floor lights on stage. So that they can see it in its glory.

"What the fuck?" I jumped at the sound of Pico's voice. Hearing Lily's parents gasp.

"What in the world?" Her father walked in the building, passing through the chairs.

"Its beautiful!" Her mother gushed.

"Where is she?" Pico looked back at Lily and Keith, them shrugging in return.

I held in my laugh and pressed the buttons for the stage. Skid and Pumps was a haunted mansion.

That shut everyone up. Pressing the next button it turned into Pico's. I wanted this one to be special. So it was the train tracks nearby, having a projected train pass through. I looked over to Pico, his reaction was priceless. He just stood there, staring at it. A small smile crossing his face.

The next one was Mom's, then Senpai's, which was a high-school with cherry blossoms. Then none other than Tankman. He wasn't fully hired, but he insisted. His was a army base, with a watch tower in the background.

That one had people confused.

The moment the stage went back to normal, we all jumped from our hiding places. "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!" We all shouted together, having everyone else jump.

Lily looked over to her mom and dad, seeing them smile. Seeing her mother tear up just a little seemed to make her day.

Pico, Keith, and Lily rushed over to me. Pico practically jumped on me with a hug, sqeezing me tight. "Dont ever just get up and leave without telling me." He whispered. I smiled softly and nodded. Taking this moment to hug him back just as tight.

I leaned out of the hug. "Dont worry so much, I'm allowed to go out every now and then." I lightly punched his arm. He chuckled lightly with a nod. Lily pushed him out of her way and gave me a hug.

"This is awesome! I haven't seen my parents this happy in a while," She looked over her shoulder, then back to me. "It means alot."

"But, Y/n." Keith tapped my shoulder, looking over to tankman. "What is he doing here?" He asked.

I looked back and smiled. Looking back to him. "The newest teacher."

My smile faded and Keith whispered to me. "Thats Pico's dad." I widened my eyes in disbelief as Pico was pulled away from us.

Looking at the two, Pico seemed to be a little nervous. While Tankman gave him a noogie.
