Those next few days were the most anxious ones so far. But the day finally came.

That morning I slipped on a f/c sweater I got the other day with some white jeans. "Can't to hard to miss..." I grunted, putting my hair up and walked outside. "But... where do I go?" I stopped at the front of my door, looking over the railing towards the driveway.

With a shrug I walked down the stairs, deciding to just sit at the bottom.

"Hey. You Y/n?" I jumped and turned to my right to see a guy.

"Umm, yes." I cleared my throat and stood up.

He held a hand out, which i hesitantly took. "The names Darnell. I came to give you your clue." He smirked.

Taking a small step back, I faced him again. "Look, I'm just trying to find my friend. Cut the riddle cra-" he cut me off.

"Look, none of my business." He handed me a paper. "Now take your clue, and go find Pico." He gave me a sad look, and walked away.

I watched him walk until he disappeared into the distance. Looking down at the paper, I froze sightly

'Wait, how did he know I was looking for...' I looked back up, but... he was gone.

I shook my head and opened the paper.

"Good you met Darnell, he might know more than he can tell. Look inside, where does Pico hide? Is it the past, present or FUTURE you will find? Look at the buildings that surrounds where he hides, only then will you find your prize."

"Where he hides..." I thought about it for a second. "The train tracks!" I shouted happily, running as fast as I could.

Once I arrived i looked around. "Buildings building buildings." I huffed. I saw an abandoned building next to a hospital. "That has to be it." I smiled.

I ran into the building, it was very dark. "Pico?" I whispered. Even my whispers echo and make it sound like I'm using my full voice.

I looked around the many pillars, guessing this might be a abandoned parking building.

After a few minutes I smiled and felt tears stream down my face, sprinting to find Pico. But my expression dropped to see him tied up and a little beaten.

"P-pico? Are you okay?" I knelt down in front of him and felt butterfly's in my stomach at the look of hope he gave me.

"Hey..." he chuckled, but had it turn into a cough. "Finally found me huh?" He joked.

I frowned and started untying him. "Just shut the fuck up and let's get out of he-" I flinched as a loud noise shot next to my ear, I started shaking to see a bullet hole imbreded into the concrete pole next to us.

"Look, Y/n. Take this," he pulled out his gun from behind him. Grabbing the other for himself. "You don't know her. But a girl named Casandra is here. We need to find her okay?" I nodded hesitantly, pulling him up.

Pico had me follow behind him quietly as we snuck around.

"HAHAHA OH PICO~" we both jumped and turned to see what I'm assuming is Casandra. "Did you bring me a little gift! How sweet!" She said in a overly sweet tone.

I shook his shoulder. "Pico... were going to die are we?"

He smirked slightly. "Well, if we do. We go out guns blazing!" He reassured me. Then turning to Casandra. "Fuck off asshole! She's mine. You better not lay a hand on her." He yelled back. If we weren't in a dire situation, I'd have been even happier to hear that. But now was not the time.

"Look, I'll let you two go freely. If you can get through this one obstacle. Okay?" She leaned her head to the left, her smile wide and insane.

"Whats the catch!" Pico grabbed my hand squeezing it tightly.

"Oh, I forgot to mention. Come on out guys~" she laughed as Darnell and Nene both came out from behind pillars. Their eyes seemed to be white for some reason. "Now," she clapped her hands together.

"Pico darling, this is going to hurt you more than your fuck toy over there." I glared at her. "You must kill your two best friends! Yay!" She then started to clap frantically.

Pico looked terrified. As if he remembered something horrible. "And don't worry, their brainwashed! And are out to kill you as well, doesn't that sound just wonderful!" Her smile turned dark as she fell backwards, out of our sight.

Pico looked down, his hand shaking. And ran towards them. With a head full of regret, I followed. Going after Nene.

All in all... it went by fast. I immediately shot Nene, her dodging to the side, running after me. I grunted as she jumped and landed on me, after struggling. I finally managed to throw her off.

"I'm so sorry." I whispered as I shot her head... this time not missing my target.

Standing up I turned to Pico on the ground with Darnell on top of him. Pico's eyes threatened to have tears fall as he struggled to get up.

I felt horrible, but managed to shoot Darnell. And he went limp, falling onto his former friend. Dead.

Pico yelled and pushed Darnell's body off of him. The tears finally broke free, as he too broke down. Curling on the floor he didn't bother looking at me.

As he was crying on the floor, I stood there looking at him from a distance. "Pico I'm so so-"

"No! Don't you dare apologize!" He screamed, punching the ground.

I went to walk to him for comfort. But I felt a sharp pain in my chest.

I saw Pico look up at a noise and stared at me. I smiled sadly and looked down. "H-heh..." I grabbed my shirt that was soaked in blood. "Game o-over. Am I right?" I laughed shakily.

Pico ran as fast as he could, managing to catch me before I hit the ground. "No you can't die on me you hear!" He shook me harshly.

My eyes widened as I heard another gunshot. Looking horrified as Pico's mouth started drooling blood.

Shaking like crazy, he still smiled at me. Crying even harder. "I-its going to be fine......" he took a deep breath. "Just close your eyes, okay?" I didn't even have the energy to argue, my eyes fluttered close. The world around me disappearing slowly.

The last thing I knew, I felt something push on my lips. And hearing "i-i love you......"

'This is the end isn't it...'
