"Hey guys.." Maddy said as she entered the 126, a few days after her trip to the hospital.
"Maddy! Oh my god.. Mads!" The crew called out as they approached. "Uhm... can we hug you?" Mateo asked.
"Yes, of course you guys can." Maddy smiled meekly as she outstretched her arms. The crew approached her, and each carefully embraced her in a long hug. "Soo.. uhm, can we have a family meeting? In the kitchen, please?" She cleared her throat and led the gang into the firehouse.
"Okay.. so uhm.... TK, can you get my mom on my laptop, please. And uhm.. yeah. So I'm sure you're all wondering what exactly happened to me.." Maddy cleared her throat. The crew looked at her with the saddest eyes she's ever seen.
"Mads?... you don't have to..." Marjan said.
Maddy shook her head at her, "I know.. I want to. You're my family.. therefore, you should know what happened. Hi.. mom." Maddy swallowed as she looked at her mom sitting on Skype— she was at her office, locked away in the privacy of her own office space.
"Well.... now that, uh.. everyone is here. So y'all know that Billy.... hurt me."
Everyone nodded their heads; Stacy eyes filled with tears and she looked down at her desk.
"Okay... and uhm, yeah he did. Uhm..." Maddy cleared her throat, stifling her tears.
TK walked up to her, and rubbed her back. "I'm here for you babes.." he whispered in her ear. "Deep breaths."
Maddy couldn't even look at her mom. She took a deep breath, "I'm not sure what all TK told y'all..."
"Uhm.. that Billy blackmailed you, over Owen. And he tricked you... and uh, hurt you somehow." Paul said.
"Okay.. cool. Uhm, so yeah.. we went on our fucking date; dinner and drinks, it was horrible." Maddy managed the slightest of chuckles. "Anyway, I made the dumb mistake of.. going back to his house. I was a little drunker than I should've been....."
"Maddy had a lapse in judgment, that's all..." TK added. Maddy reached out and grabbed his hand, interlocking her fingers in his.
"So anyway... at his house..... he attacked... me."
"What?!"
"How?!"
"What do you mean?!"
"Uhm.. yeah. He uh.. he attacked me. He uh...." Maddy reached forward, and turned her laptop around, hiding from her mom's pained glare. TK held her hand tighter. "He... uhm... raped... me.." she barely got it out; she didn't even know if anyone heard her as she breathed heavily, holding back her tears.
