It Don't Mean a Thing

You watched eagerly as the blood dropped from Alastor's finger, dripping slowly over the food placed in front of you. He smirks, licking the blood off his shark like teeth.
"Delicious"
By this point you are practically drooling over the red substance, out reaching your hand before quickly retracting back into your chest. You weren't going to let go of your humanity, not yet. You knew that if what the radio demon said was true you wouldn't be able to hold these feelings back forever. You wanted to hold on as long as you could, stay somewhat human for as long as possible.
" What ever is the matter? " You keep eye contact far away from that deep dark red gaze, feeling it burn deep into your skull with each silent second that passed. You begin to shake and shiver, biting your lip in hope of procuring enough blood of your own to satisfy the sickening hunger and while it dulled the pain you felt deep down that you needed more. You needed his blood. Gripping your legs tightly and digging your nails in enough to cause bruises you soon found yourself pulled back by the sound of shattering. You felt the pupil in your eye shrink, the cold sweat on your face from the anxiety almost chilling you despite a non existent wind.
" Perhaps your not as weak willed as I thought my dear " A sinister smirk followed, rows of sharpened teeth gleaming under the red moon above. Beautiful yet deadly.
Just like him.
You remove your sharp nails from deep within the skin of your leg, finally able to relax as you notice the iron smell in the air had now faded away like the life from the eyes of the dead. Eyes much like yours. Looking over to the somewhat rusted fence next to the table you notice the crows that had appeared when you arrived, now snacking on the blood soaked eggs, ravenous like rabid dogs as they tore and foght for whatever scraps were left. You felt pity for the creaters and more so for the staff of the establishment. You hoped when you departed this place that the creatures wouldn't attack the staff as you had been told. You hoped this meal was enough to satisfy them for now.
You turn back to Alastor, watching as he sipped his tea with dignity, wiping small droplets from his lips with grace and refinement. You couldn't figure him out and nor did you care to. You just wanted this meeting over with.
" Alastor..." The radio demon raises his hand at you, placing his cup down gently. There was almost an air of pity on his features.
Almost but not quite.
" My apologies for testing you. When one sees a fresh face I feel their talents must be tested, especially when their situation is as unique as yours "
So the food was a test, much like when he spent time with you at the hotel. You didn't know what he was testing you for quite yet.
Loyalty?
Fear?
Power?
The unclearness of the situation set your stomach on edge more then it already was, knowing for sure that if the food Alastor presented to you hadn't been scoffed by those monsters then you would have likely expelled your previous meal from nerves, worry and internal issues with this new and cursed demon body.
Still, you persist.
" What did you want to talk about? "
" Oh a couple of things. Nothing major you understand " Alastor begins to clean his monocle, suddenly disregarding your presence. One second he couldn't stop staring and the next he couldn't look at you.
What was he up to?
The silence settles for a few moments, radio static heavily laydening the air around you. It sounded violent yet somehow calm. He wasn't angry, that much you could tell. If he was you were sure your head would be dismembered from your shoulders pretty quickly and without remorse. No. All you got was this silent treatment with a sickening grin as the demon hummed to himself. You knew your place in this world pretty quickly. You were a low life while Alastor was feared and respected, even if that respect came with his power. You knew better then to interrupt someone of this status, you learned that in life. However, this silence was murder and pretty soon your palms began to shake. You take a deep breath, diving in head first to catch the radio demon's attention.
" What exactly? " Placing the glass back on his face Alastor leans forward, resting his arms on the table and moving slightly closer to you, static slightly louder then you cared for it to be.
" Ah yes. The business at hand..."
Finally.
" I have a little deal you may be interested in "
