Guardian Angel

Rylee's POV
I was in the park crying because a so-called friend of mine was being very rude to me for no reason other than the fact that he didn't want to be friends with me anymore. Every word he said made me feel absolutely horrible and I started to believe it even though I shouldn't. I kept on crying until I heard a voice coming from behind me. "Rylee." It called my name. It sounds like a very booming but very soft voice. "Who's calling me?" I asked feeling startled and scared. "There's no need to fear, my dear. I'm here to help." Said the mysterious voice. "H-How do I know you're not going to hurt me?" I asked shaking in fear. "You have nothing to worry. Just follow the sound of my voice. When you find me you'll see something truly magical." I did as I was told to do. I continued to walk until I see something really big but really beautiful. It was something that I thought I would never see. A giant, majestic, and beautiful angel with gorgeous wings. He was also the most handsome man I've ever scene. The moment he laid his eyes on me made me feel a calm sense of serenity. "Hey, Rylee." His voice was very booming but still very soothing to my ears. "You finally found me." Said the angel as he knelt down. I climbed onto his hand as soon he placed it on the ground.

Harry's POV
I was so happy to see Rylee for the first time. Ever since I was assigned to be her guardian angel, I've been so excited to meet her. "I know it's unexpected to see an angel especially one at my size but I'm here to protect you." I said carefully lifting Rylee off the ground. "My name's Harry and I'm your guardian angel." I said taking her to the beach. "Really? That's so cool." Said Rylee with a slight smile on her face even though I can sense how much pain and sadness she's in. "Thanks. And it's a good thing I'm here. I was assigned to be your guardian angel because I heard a friend of yours turned on you and broke up the friendship." That's when her smile faded. "He said so many things that really broke my heart. And I wasn't expecting it because we were fine the other day when we hung out." Rylee broke down in tears which really broke my heart. "Come here, sweetheart." I brought her in for a gentle hug. "Rylee, you are a sweet girl. You don't need people like that. If anyone doesn't appreciate you and the good that you do, they're not worth hanging out with. You have such a big heart. He's not worth your tears." I said carefully brought Rylee in front of my face. "You are beautiful. Inside and out." I then slowly brought her closer and gave her a gentle kiss.

Rylee's POV
I was a little scared as Harry brought me closer to his face due to how big he is but instead I felt a huge pair of lips gently lean against my body giving me the best kiss I've ever received. His lips were so soft that they felt like I was leaning on the softest pillow ever. As soon as Harry gently pulled away, I began to chuckle a little. "You're so cute." I blushed so much at this point due to how kind he was. "Would you like to come back to my place? I can make us something to eat." Asked Harry. "I-I'd love that." Harry then cradled me against his tummy as he walked to his house. I felt some vibrations from his body every time he took a step but it wasn't horrible. Harry had the most gentle touch ever and felt very safe. When we got to his house, he made a tofu and mixed vegetable dish that was literally the best thing I've ever tasted despite the food being extremely huge. We then went out back to look up at the stars. Harry let me lay on his tummy which was a weird sensation since his skin is very soft and his breathing makes me feel like I'm on moving floor when it's just his belly moving up and down. I didn't care because I felt safe after what happened between me and my so-called friend. I began to tear up a little.

Harry's POV.
It was such a peaceful as Rylee and I decided to lay out under the stars. I then noticed Rylee started crying and I knew exactly why. "It's ok, Rylee. Shh. You're ok. I won't let him hurt you, baby." I said to Rylee trying to calm her down as I gently held her very close. "You're completely safe, little one." She eventually calmed down which caused her to snuggle very deeply against my skin. And due to how tiny she is, it was the cutest thing I've ever witnessed. I could tell she was very tired so I carefully scooped her up, slowly stood up, continued cradling her against my tummy, and took her to my room to lay down on the bed. As soon as I laid in bed, I gave Rylee a kiss goodnight and gently placed her back on my tummy which caused her to tumble and fall into my belly button. "Oh my gosh, Rylee. I'm so sorry." I said chuckling as I carefully took her out of my belly button and placed her on my butterfly tattoo. "That's ok, Harry." Said Rylee with her cute little giggles. "Your soft skin broke my fall." Said Rylee nuzzling her cute self against my skin. "Thanks for saving me, Harry." Said Rylee. "No problem, Rylee. I won't let anyone hurt you." I said placing a small blanket over her to keep her warm. "I love you, Harry." Said Rylee falling asleep. "I love you too, sweet girl." After Rylee fell asleep, I felt nothing but happiness and love for such a sweet little angel. We've grown closer since that day. I promise to keep her safe and protected.

Author's note
This one shot was based on a traumatic experience with a toxic friend. I was devastated that he didn't want to be my friend anymore because he was like a brother to me. I do miss him but I'm still mad at what he did and I can't talk to him anymore. It took me over a month to realize that I don't need him. I'm still traumatized by what he said but I'm currently still healing from it. I want you all to realize that there are people that love and care about you and we deserve to stay away from toxic people. I love you all.
