Nightmare

Y/N's pov
After a long day, Harry and I finally went to bed. He let me sleep on the pillow next to him. Harry's face was so big. I'm only an inch and a half in size so looking at him was a little intimidating. I then eventually went to sleep.

*Dream*
I woke on Harry's bed not knowing where he is. I carefully climbed off the bed to find Harry. As soon as I got downstairs, I saw Harry with some people that I don't even know. I was really scared but I still walked towards them because I felt like Harry abandoned me. As soon as I went into the living room, I ran towards Harry's foot to try and get his attention. But when I was about to grab his ankle I heard a booming scream. "Harry, there's a big bug right there by your foot!" I covered my ears as best as I could as the girl with red hair yelled pointing at me. I looked up and Harry was looking at me with anger. "Y/N? What are you doing here?" He said as he grabbed me aggressively which made me scream. "You l-left me alone in your room." I said as I started crying. "That's the point! You're too small to hang out with me and my friends! I don't wanna be seen with someone as small as you! And now you ruined my get together!" My ears started to bleed because of how loud he was. "You don't deserve to live anymore!" He said as he dropped me on the floor. I screamed as I landed on the floor. His friends looked at me with concern. "Goodbye, Y/N!" He then raised his foot I screamed again. His friends tried to stop him but it was too late. He slammed his foot down on me and everything went black.
*end of dream

I woke up screaming in fear and started to cry. I then saw that Harry woke up and looked right at me. His hand came towards me, which caused me to scream again. "Hey, shh, it's ok, baby. I'm right here." I flinched as soon as he picked me up. He sat up and cradled me to his chest but I was still afraid of him.

Harry's pov
"Did you have a bad dream, sweetie?" I asked as I gently pulled her away from my chest and held her in my palm in front of me. She cried even harder which meant she did have a nightmare. "Was it about me?" She nodded as she explained every detail in her nightmare, including the part where I killed her. "Oh you poor thing. No wonder you're so scared. But just know that I would never hurt you." I said as I gave her a hug. "If I ever have friends over, I'll introduce you to them. Don't ever think that you're too small to hang out with me and my friends. They deserve to meet you. You are so important to me." I said as I brought her in and gave her a gentle kiss. "I love you, Y/N."

Y/N's pov
Even though I was still crying, I was able to calm down. I felt bad for thinking Harry was a monster all because of a nightmare. "I'm sorry, Harry." I said as I wiped my tears away. "You have nothing to apologize for. If anyone should apologize, it's me. You had a nightmare and it was about me being mean to you. Let me show you that it was just a nightmare." He then gave me another kiss and laid back down on his back. "Why don't you sleep on my chest for the rest of the night?" I started shaking a little. "But what if I have another nightmare?" He then rubbed my back. "It'll be ok, sweetie. I'm here to protect you. Just listen to my heartbeat and you'll be fine." I did as he told me and I stopped shaking. "Sweet dreams, my little angel. I'll be here when you wake up." I fell asleep at the sound of his voice.

Harry's pov
I felt good about helping Y/N get back to sleep. That nightmare she had broke my heart because it was the complete opposite of myself. But I'm glad she knows that it was just a nightmare because I would never do anything to hurt her. She maybe small but she's so cute. I will introduce her to my friends no matter what. She deserves all the love that she can get.
