Nightmare (version 2)

Y/N's POV
It's been a while since I was discovered by Harry. When he found me, I thought he was going to eat me but he turned out to be the sweetest guy ever. He cradles me when I cry, he tickles me, he offers me food, he sings to me when I'm scared. He's done so many nice things to make me feel more welcome. I'm still very cautious knowing how big he is. I was currently taking a nap on his bed which was really comfortable. I then drifted off into a dream.

*dream*
When I woke up, I didn't know where I was. I looked around to see I was on a plate which really freaked me out. "H-Harry? Where are you? Why am I on a plate?" I asked in a panic. I then felt everything around me began to shake. I looked up to see Harry looking at me with an evil look on his face. "Well, well. Looks like someone woke up from her nap." I froze in fear as he spoke. "H-Harry? Why a-am I o-on a plate?" I asked out of fear. "Silence!" Said Harry slamming his fist on the table which made me fall over causing me to shake in fear. "You might have thought that I was a gentle giant when really you're just another dumb tiny that has fallen into my trap. When you were asleep, I grabbed a plate to put you on and waited outside the room for you to wake up so I could eat you." Said Harry with a sinister look on his face as he brought his hand in to grab me causing me to scream. "No! Please, Harry! I don't wanna be eaten! I'm sorry I came here!" I shouted as he held me in front of his face. "Too bad! You came in here when you knew you weren't supposed to! Now, I'm gonna show you where you belong! In my stomach!" His voice was so loud it caused me to scream as he lowered me into his maw. Everything went black.
*end of dream*

I woke up screaming from a horrible nightmare about Harry. I was so scared I started crying. I then felt everything around me shake knowing Harry is coming in. I froze in fear afraid of what he might do to me. I then screamed as he came in. "Y/N, it's ok. It's just me." Said Harry coming closer causing me to cry. "What happened, honey?" I looked at him in fear. "Did you have a nightmare about me?" Asked Harry as he gently scooped me up causing me to flinch. "What did I do in your dream?" I explained everything up until the part where he ate me. "Oh, my precious baby girl. No wonder you're so scared." He then cradled me against his tummy. He didn't have shirt on so I cried into his skin against his tummy.

Harry's POV
My heart broke at how scared she was from her nightmare. I never wanted to eat such a sweet and innocent little borrower. I wanted her to feel more welcome. "I think I know what will make you feel better. I can sing you a little song for you." I said as I sat down on the bed and lifted her up to my chest so she can feel my heart beat. "I'd love that." Said Y/N as she continued to cry. I then started singing.

I then brought her in front of my mouth and whispered. "Always." I then gave her a gentle kiss to let her know that she's safe. "Y/N. I know you've been hurt by so many careless people but when I saw you come into the kitchen, I wanted nothing more than to protect you." I said to her as I slowly pulled her away and held her real close. I then laid back and gently placed her on my tummy.

Y/N's POV
I didn't know what to say at as my mind was finally at peace. Harry's singing voice was so soothing it made me forget about that huge nightmare about him. "Harry, you're literally the most gentle person I've ever met. That whole song you sang made me feel safe and protected. I'm so glad you found me." I said to Harry as I laid on his stomach on his butterfly tattoo. "I'm glad I found you as well. I know that nightmare was scary but now you know it's just a nightmare. Don't ever think that you're not allowed to be here. My house is your house." His kind words made me feel so much better. "I love you, baby girl." Said Harry. "I love you too, Harry." I then fell back asleep peacefully as I know Harry will protect me no matter what happens.
