I'm sorry for updating so late. I have a lot of tests coming up. I actually have one tomorrow, but I decided to write this instead, because why not?

I was walking up to school like any other day. But this time, Alya had ran towards me as fast as she could, nearly knocking me to the ground. I was surprised, but managed to not fall over. 

"Oh god Alya! What's wrong?" I asked, holding onto her shoulders to not fall over. She just shook her head vigorously, while shaking my shoulders as hard as she could. "Nothing! Nothing at all! It's actually amazing!" She yelled. I was confused, what did she mean?

She let go of my shoulders and threw her arms in the air out of excitement. "She's coming back!" she screamed. She got a few glances from the people around, but she didn't seem to notice. I only chuckled.

"Who's coming back?" I asked curiously.

"My other BFF of course! Marinette is coming back! Oh, you're gonna get along so well!" She said and took my hands in hers. I grinned. "I'm so happy for you Alya! I can't wait to meet her!" I said and grinned. She smiled happily while nodding her head.

"I can't wait! She'll be here later today, and she's coming to school tomorrow to meet everyone! But don't tell, it's gonna be a surprise!" She said. I nodded in agreement. "I am gonna tell Nino and Adrien though, we all used to be good friends before she moved!" She said happily.

"Hey Babe! Hey Dudette! What's up?" Nino came up to us and placed an arm around Alya's shoulder. "Nino! You won't believe it! Marintte is coming back!" Alya said. Nino's eyes widened with excitement. "Woah! Mari's coming back? That's awesome! You've never met Marinette, have you Y/n?" He asked. I shook my head.

"No, but I'm really excited to!" I said. He grinned and nodded in response. "It's gonna be so fun! My two BFF's meeting! You know, Mari used to have this crazy big crush on Ad- Oh no!" Alya said, but interrupted herself. I was confused for a second.

"Y/n! Marinette was in love with Adrien! She's gonna be crushed when she finds out he has a girlfriend now!" Alya said worriedly. Oh god. I really didn't want to be the reason for a heartbreak. 

"Then what should I do!? She's gonna hate me!" I said. Alya looked around. "I would normally say that Marinette is not the type to hate someone, but when it come to Adrien... I'm not so sure..." She chuckled nervously. Nino nodded. "Yeah, Mari had a tendency to get a bit possessive over Adrien." He said with a slight chuckle. I just sighed in defeat.

I jumped when I suddenly felt a hand on my waist. I looked to the side to see Adrien standing there. "Hey guys! What's up?" He asked. I looked at Alya, and she looked back at me. "Uhm, well Mari's coming back?" She said, almost questioningly. "Really? That's great!" Adrien said excited.

Alya nodded. "Yeah it is great! But you guys are not allowed to tell anyone! Got it?"she said threateningly. Nino nodded nervously. I guess Adrien didn't feel as threatened as Nino, cause he just laughed and nodded. I chuckled at his obliviousness to Alya's warning. 

The bell then rung and we walked inside, with Adrien holding my hand as we did.

We were seated in our places, and I could see Miss Bustier giving a slight smile in our direction. She already knew about Marinette coming tomorrow, but agreed to keep it a secret. "Alright everyone! Who's ready for some history!" She said while clapping her hands together. A couple of different noises emitted from the classroom, but mostly groans. Miss Bustier ignored them and went to the blackboard to start off the lesson.
