Chapter 20

The day started off normal. You know, the usual...

I got up and packed my school bag for the day and got dressed. I brushed my hair and went downstairs and ate some breakfast. When that was done I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I then went out of the bathroom.

I looked at my phone. The weather forecast said it would be cold and a bit cloudy, so I got on my winter jacket and some boots. I got some gloves and a beanie just I case my hands or head would get cold too. I said a quick 'bye' to my dad before I was out the door. Tikki was hiding in the pocket of my jacket.

"I am not going to be cold today." I said. Then the image of me and Adrien together popped up in my head. He had been nice and warmed me up. I blushed at the thought. I didn't like Adrien like that, but it was still a bit embarrassing.

"You okay Y/n?" Tikki asked and poked her head out of my pocket. I nodded. "I'm fine. Just a bit embarrassed." I said. "I can see that, your cheeks at all red." She giggled. "That's because it's cold!" I said. She laughed and went back inside my pocket. I sighed and just continued walking to school.

Once I reached school I was about to go up the steps, when something interrupted me. "Hey girl!" I heard. I knew that voice too well. I turned around. "Hey Alya!" I said. I walked towards her to greet her. "How are you? Fully dressed up now I see? Do you not want to snuggle Adrien any longer?" She asks and nudged my arm. I groaned. 

"I don't think of him that way! It's just embarrassing because I forgot my jacket, so he had to step in!" I said and threw my hands up in my face. "Really? You are all red." She said. "Why does everyone say that?" I mumbled. "I'm just cold!" I defended myself.

"Mhmm... okay." Alya said. "You know, I had a friend who went to this school, and she would kill to be in your shoes right now." She said. "She liked Adrien?" I asked. "Liked? I'm pretty sure she was in love with him." She said. "Really?" I asked. "Y/n, he's a model. A lot of girls liked him. Like, a lot!" She said. "But I don't! I like someone else!" I said. Then I stiffened.

Alya looked shocked. "You like someone?" She asked. "No." I said. She smirked. "You so do! Who is it?" She asked. "I'm not telling!" I yelled. "Aha! Confirmed! You didn't deny that you liked someone!" She said. "Now who is it?" She asked. "Not saying!" I said back.

"Y/n! Come on!" She said. "Nope!" I laughed and ran away from her. She chased after me. "Y/n!" She groaned. "Tell me who it is!" She yelled. "You'll never know!" I yelled back. "Agh!" She groaned.

Adrien's pov

The limo drove up to the school. I thanked the gorilla and got out. I looked around and saw y/n and Alya talking. I was about to go up to them when I heard Nino. "Hey dude!" He said. "Hey Nino." I said. We gave each other a brotherly hug. "So... You and y/n." He then said. I blushed. "What? No!" I said. "You so like her dude." He said. "I do not." I lied.

I then heard Alya groan in the distance. "Y/n! Just tell me who it is already!" She yelled. "No!" Y/n yelled back. She was running away from Alya and Alya was chasing her. "Y/n! Tell me who you like!" She yelled. "Don't wanna!" Y/n yelled back.

I froze. Y/n like someone? Who? Is it me? I hope it's me... It could be anyone. It felt like my heart broke a little. 

Alya ran over to us. "Nino! Y/n won't tell me who her crush is!" Alya groaned. Y/n ran up beside. "You will just make fun of me!" She said. "No! I won't! I never mad fun of Marinette's crush!" She defeated. Wait. Marinette had a crush? I wonder who...

"I can't know if you are saying the truth! I didn't know Marinette!" Y/n said back. "Ugh. Nino! Tell her I'm not gonna make fun of her!" Alya said. "Uh, well." Nino started. "Nino will just say that because you are his girlfriend!" Y/n stated. "No offense Nino." She said afterwards. "None taken dude." He said.
